The hotel is located in perfect place, 50m from beautiful beach. Food was quite good, just not lots of variety, restaurant and bar staff were really friendly, but not cleaners who were really lazy. We spent all the week there and they were just changing rubbish bags and giving more towels but not really cleaning the room, bathroom or balcony. Also, in the room were lots of ants, so be prepared and buy spec. stuff.

We had booked this hotel for one week and were terribly disappointed. We understand that things can start a bit bumpy for a newly opened hotel and we also understand that the heavy rain was out of the ordinary, but the situation we found was simply unbearable. Water was running into our room, so you had to walk through big puddles as soon as you stood up from the bed. There was so much humidity in the room it was running down the walls and windows. After half a day our clothes were damp and there was no way to dry them. No place to hang up anything, except the closet, not even a hook on the wall for your coats. The A/C had a warm setting, but that didn’t deal with the dampness. The situation during lunch and dinner was even worse. A hotel that big should have more than 5-6 tables indoors. So people were sitting outside on the terrace in the cold in their raincoats, while the rain lashed onto their faces and onto their food. Unacceptable circumstances. After they couldn’t even offer us a dry room when we complained, we took the matter to our tour representative and got changed to a new hotel (big kudos to Neckermann for handling things so well!). But even if the weather conditions are better, this hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. The beds are horribly hard. Our room was spacious, but barely furnished. The windows only had one set of opaque curtains, so you had your pick between your room being dark or everyone watching you walk around in your undies. The food was one of the worst displays I have ever seen. Stale bread for breakfast and no toaster in sight. One kind of undefinable jam. All the meals were more cold than warm and barely edible. Regarding the food this wasn’t even a 2 star hotel. When you take a look at what other hotels offer their AI guests regarding food and beverages, what this hotel offered, wasn’t nearly up to standard. One of the few positive things we can say, is that the cleaning staff was really trying to make an effort and was really friendly.

Lovely modern hotel! Close to beach and canal de'amour. rooms are clean and spacious with amazing air conditioning. Inside our junior suite was 1 wardrobe that contained 4 shelves and 6 hangers, there is also a safe there too. Our bed was firm and the pillows were very comfortable. There is a sheet and a thin quilted bedspread for covers. The bathroom was always clean, shower worked perfectly but no shelf to put products on. There is also a hairdryer availabe in the bathroom (wouldn't recommend if you have thick hair to dry). Food was okay lots of meat choices but not always clear on what ingredients are in each dish. Inclusive drinks are (beer, wine, vodka, rum, gin) served in plastic cups, along with soft drinks (fizzy drinks, juices, tea, coffee). There are other drinks to have but must be paid for. There are sandwiches served (free) between breakfast and lunch but no other snacks to be bought (crisps, chocolate) would have to make a trip to shops around the corner from hotel. There is ice cream that is available all day. Pool sometimes runs out of sunbeds so best to get there early. Staff here are amazing always happy to help, hard working and always cleaning. I would recommend this hotel but not as 4* maybe a few more upgrades (more entertainment, bar snacks, meals, different drinks and less plastic). I enjoyed my time here it was relaxing and peaceful so if you're looking for that then it's the perfect place.

Very friendly and good stuff, food is delicious, the rooms are clean. The hotel is not big, but comfortable. At the bar, all-inclusive beer tastes nice, wine is also better - compared to Turkish hotels, much better. Small cons: No real bartender - the alcoholic cocktails are weak and served only at pre-defined time, that was a bit of let down for all inclusive package. Also during late evening water in the shower is cool or even cold, so can't take a shower.

This was the most depressing place I have ever stayed. Rubbish everywhere, cheap nasty bedding, cold greasy food (you would eat better in prison) and staff who don't even try to be helpful because they know it's a dive.

Since re-opening its doors the 3rd June 2022, we stayed here for a few days from its new opening. About our stay, first night our room wasn't ready, we had arrived at 2am from a long journey, so wasnt pleased to hear this, but thankfully we had been upgraded for a night, sweet!... But on the condition that we wouldn't unpack our cases as we'll have to move in the morning to our "original room"... Great ? The hotel and rooms are good, clean and furnished with comfy beds, Aircon, power showers and a TV. But a safe wouldve been appreciated, again as it is advertised, but there wasn't one in our room. (Also whoever did the cutting in when painting the room, decided to paint the ceiling as well, very rough) Pool was also very nice, offering 2 sections, and a small jacuzzi style pool(without any jets etc) to sit in, and loungers spaced around the pool. Now, adults only??? I'm not one to be terribly bothered but you are selling and describing the resort as adults only, then why was there two children in the pool, and a baby crying in a push chair at the bar? just in our short stay? As for the all inclusive... The food is really bad, like really bad, breakfast consists of literally, fried egg, scrabbled egg, bacon, cheese slices, ham slices, bread, apple pastry, salad, 2 kinds of fruit. Lunch and dinner is the same everyday apart from 2 changes that seemed to be rotated, salad, bread, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, Bolognese, chips, then each meal/day was 2 of either meatballs, chicken wings, fish stew, seafood tray, vegetable bake, baked tomato's, everything apart from salad, fruit and bread was catering food and not "fresh" tasting. Poor amount of choices!! Definitely eat out at the restaurants, they are amazing!! The "bar" offered watered down rum, gin, vodka etc, and bar staff seemed to wonder off alot not bothered, leaving the bar empty, just smoking. Across the multiple nights, only once was there a single cocktail on offer, which lasted about an hour, somesort of sex on the beach, again very watered down. The juice machines offering orange and pineapple squash like juice would often be empty. And they ran out of bottled water... In 35° heat... At the main help desk there was one woman who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, I must say thank you to her for being so nice. Location of the hotel is useful, although the bridge that has the canal run under it beside the hotel is very smelly, and will not be missed. Overall, the hotel rooms are decent and so is the pool/grounds, well kept, as well as the main desk female staff member, but everything else, considering it's all inclusive, supposedly 4*, is poor and below expectation. EAT OUT, there are so many amazing restaurans and bars, sidari is an amazing place to visit and full of amazing friendly people and beautiful beaches/scenery, but this hotel has alot more potential in it! I personally wouldn't stay here again, not with what is described to be on offer and included, then it's not when you're there.

AVOID AVOID AVOID * Our room flooded when the rain came pouring like a tap through the ceiling. * Mattresses very hard, one thin pillow each, and cheap nasty sheets weren't big enough for the bed. * Some staff very sweet, but some (particularly the owner) seriously rude and dismissive. * Food was cold, limited choice and tasted terrible. The so-called scrambled eggs did not resemble eggs! No butter, only margarine, which was rancid. The toaster was a death trap. * Litter all over the place, including in the pool. * Slippery floor tiles everywhere, terrifying in the wet. And random steps everywhere you go, some hard to see, all different heights and angles. * Everywhere smells of cigarette smoke. * The very limited and rather depressing bar shuts at 11pm. God help you if you ask for a drink at 10:50. Calling this four star is beyond a bad joke, frankly it's corrupt. We checked out after one night and went elsewhere. If you read through the surprising number of five star reviews, you'll note many are written in the same way! All short sentences with exclamation marks! Very suspicious!

Pros: pool area clean, friendly staff, 99% of guests are adults, close to beach/bars/shops, really good location, decent shaded areas and sunbathing areas, late checkout for €30 to have the room for the rest of the day (we left at 4) which is good you normally only get 2 or so hours extra Cons: food is absolutely vile we had to eat out, drinks don't taste great and turn machines off at 11PM, air con in the room leaked and wasn't fixed after reporting twice, house keeping only came 1 day because I asked at reception we were there 5 days so was expecting at least 3 days to see them (even though they said they come everyday), the canal next to the hotel smells like sweage You get what you pay for.
