The "pizza" came out horribly burnt two times, thank God the third time was edible (but still not very good). Insects all over the tables, absolutely disgusting. Also, 2 euro for olive oil? Disgraceful. Its also odd noticing that one of the staff members clearly SLEEP in the restaraunt, very visible when you look into the kitchen area. There is NO WAY this is a credible, certified pizza restaraunt with competent staff. I would check this place out if I were the authorities. Is 0 stars an option?
J	John Reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was vacationing on this Island with my wife for our honeymoon, we decided to try this pizza place to try to see what nice authentic Greek pizza is like. And we were highly disappointed. The pizza was abysmal. We waited over an hour for this pizza, and once we got it there were hairs in it, not to mention the pizza was also burnt.what restaurant has this bad of service? I’ve never been so disgusted with a restaurant my whole life. If you want to eat good fresh food on DO NOT eat at this restaurant. Overpriced food for food that isn’t good at all.

D	Dave Fletcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The island of Donoussa has been waiting for a restaurant in the style of Ampelaki. Every dish is prepared fresh and that comes through in the taste. Ampelaki salads are to die for with fresh ingredients, large portions and displayed with love and attention on the plate. The range of pizza available and pasta dishes will make any foodie envious. Greek food on the menu is different to that of other tavernas and restaurants on the island and will not disappoint. A favourite starter of mine is prepared by the mother of the cook - traditional cheese pies - and not to be missed. The cook will come out to the tables to inquire how the food is and this is positive to see. The view of the bay and passing boats and ships is a delight at any time of day or evening.

We visited the place for dinner and we ordered the meatballs plate since was the plate of the day as well as a Greek salad and some appetisers. We tried the raki and the white wine from lemnos. Everything was tasteful. We enjoyed being there and we recommend to visit when you will be in Donusa island.
R	Richard Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a restaurant at Donoussa? Try this one. Nice view over the port combined with perfect cuisine. We tried a mix of several starters which we shared. Dish of the day is always a winner. Prices are also reasonable.

T	The Way We Saw It on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large terrace with sunset views, family business, well almost... mother in kitchen, daughter serving, father sitting and watching. Everything is fresh, herbs get picked up from the garden. Zucchini balls were good but we‘ve had better, pasta with chicken, ouzo and anis was delicious (mother’s recipe), pizza was good with nice pizza dough, but tomato sauce was a bit too sweet for our taste. We suggest not to use plastified paper tablecloths, plastic will end up in nature and creates microplastic!
