Mike helped me understand how they work and they helped me recover from STOP Djvu Ransomware Incident. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My HDD collapsed and thanks to their expertise, all files were recovered. Only two small drawbacks: difficulty in reaching the person in charge on the phone -busy days, I guess - and an unwilling tone of voice of an employee when I asked for some clarifications before deciding to proceed. Not all of us are experts. He did answer, though. The service is expensive, yet they did their best with the pricing. I am thankful and I would certainly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a price estimate between 100 and 700€ for recovering the required data. I agreed and paid the 60€ non-refundable which is for inspecting the device. Then the price quote arrived and it exceeded even the highest point of the estimate. I was asked for €962.24 out of which another €233.12 would be non-refundable in the event of failure to recover the data. I declined the offer.

My hard drive had fell off my hands, and when I got to the store, the assitant let me know that I would have to pay about 300eur just to buy the suitable components in order to repair my disk. I paid the amount and then they told me that they couldn't do anything. I think I don't have to write down anything else. Just purely disappointed.
