Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο με θέα στο λιμάνι.Καθαριοτητα κάθε μέρα,δίπλα στο κέντρο και στα μαγαζιά αλλά ταυτόχρονα και ήσυχα. Ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετική οι ιδιοκτήτες και οι σχέση τιμής και παροχών είναι τζάμπα

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 9 notti il mese di agosto 2018. Quella che ci è stata assegnata non era un appartamento ma un GARAGE con un soffitto alto curca 2,10 metri, quindi sicuramente non afatto a abitarci. La porta per accedere in cucina e al bagno era alta 1,68 metri e per passaremolte volte siamo andati a sbattercu contro rischiando di farci davvero molto male. Una camera da letto era senza nessuna apertura con un finestrome a vetro che dava sulle scale del palazzo e dal quale entrava la luce artificiale tutta la notte che illuminava la stsnza. Inoltre la casa era a piano terra e aveva un terrazzino avanti al quale potevano accedere tutti gli ospiti della struttura, per cui la sera, e fino a tarda notte, le persone si mettevano a chiacchierare avanti alle nostre finestre creando molto disturbo e moltissimi rumori. Una sera ,addirittura, abbiamo trovato delle persone che avevano preso delle sedia dalla NOSTRA casa per sedersi tranquillamente nel terrazzino a chiacchierare. L'unico tavolo per cenare si trovava fuori fuori a piccolissimo balconcino dove, per le prime 3 sera, era rotta la luce, per cui non abbiamo potuto cenare. Ci è stata fornita una lampada che non faceva affatto luce. Mi è sembrato di fare vacanza in un accampamento. Pur essendo noi abituati alle case spartane greche questa era davvero pessima. Inoltre la pulizia lasciava MOLTO a desiderare.....la proprietaria ci ha detto che le pulizia venivano fatte tutti i giorni, ma in realtà tutti i giirni ci venivano cambiati SOLO i sacchetti della spazzatura, i bagni MOLTO vecchi e il wc davvero nero!!! Spero di riuscire ad allegare le foto che ho fatto per documentare lo stato in cui si trovava la casa. Personalmente ho fatto le mie rimostranze alla proprietaria Teodora, per il problema della luce, per la casa con un siffitto cosi basso da creare ansia a chiunque, per una porta che per entrare dovevi abbassarti ......VERGOGNOSO!!!!!

Very clean, good looking rooms

Super clean place. Well-equipped. The location is amazing. Just 20 m. from the Marina and all the restaurants. Theodora is amazing and gave us lots of tips. Bakery and super market right by the hotel. Park your car in the marina.

Very beautiful rooms perfectly located in Neos Marmaras, where you can access by foot the center (just a couple of meters away). There is a Lidl super market close so you can buy all your stuff and lots of cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The staff was very polite and the whole building and rooms were VERY CLEAN (they changed our towels and cleaned the room almost everyday). The location is close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki like Akti Kalogrias, Lagomandra, Agios Ioannis Riviera, Akti Koviou, Spathies... Definitely recommend it!!

Really nice and quiet location (my room was to the backyard) just 3 minutes walk to the boardwalk of Neos Marmaras. The rooms are air-conditioned and very clean. As far as I know any room has a balcony. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately there is no shower curtain. I found the pillow are quite hard and not the best. But anyway altogether it was a nice stay.

Very nice location next to the centrum. Our room view was nice from the balcony and although it was central, it wasn't loud at all. The personal was incredibly kind and helpful. The only thing that didn't work properly was the fridge (tiny things). Overall everything was fine and I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Neos Marmaras. Our host was very friendly and helpful, the room was sparkling clean, balcony with beautiful view. Air conditioning working perfectly, big bathroom, confortable bed.
