★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Повече от ужасно!!! На толкова мръсно мястно не сме отсядали никога, никъде.. Освен това за 5 нощувки, нито веднъж не влезе някой да почисти или смени чаршафи или да изхвърли боклука.. Няма вентилатор в банята (тоалетната), няма плътни завеси, плесен из цялата баня, стените са толкова тънки, че чуваш как съседите хъркат.. За тези пари очаквахме много повече! Местоположението е добро, но само това. В района има доста по-добри хотели! Този трябва да бъде затворен незабавно !!!
More than terrible !!! So dirty place we stayed ever, anywhere .. In addition, for five nights, never enter someone to clean or change sheets or take out the trash .. No fan in the bathroom (toilet), no blackout curtains, mold throughout the bathroom , the walls are so thin you hear your neighbors snore .. We were expecting a lot more for that money! The location is good, but only that. There are much better hotels in the area! This one should be closed immediately !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemam negativnih komentara. Najveci utisak na mene je ostavila Zoe, srdacna, ljubazna, brizna. Zeli da pruzi najbolju uslugu. Kuca je na 50 m od luke i samom centru N.Marmarasa. Sve je cisto i uredno. Iznad kuce se nalazi mali parking. Sve je bilo savrseno
I have no negative comments. The biggest impression on me was left by Zoe, warm, kind, caring. He wants to provide the best service. The house is 50 m from the port and the center of N. Marmaras. Everything is clean and tidy. Above the house is a small parking lot. Everything was perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place on very good location only 50m from center of Neos Marmaras. We were in room num 5. Zoe, owner of place is very kind and was really reasonable and helpful when we have some small problems with noisy neigbours and broken bad. Place is nice and clean and in street above you will find parking in front of old OTE building.
Only two disappointment I must to mention just to suggest improvement. 1. mosquito net is missing on terace door
2. set some rules for inhabitans in what time they must be quiet.
