Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από την Άννα και τον Θωμά που είναι εκεί...και σε τυχών αγορά γυαλιών εκεί θα είμαστε πάλι.... Very large variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses. Αγόρασα γυαλιά ηλίου με polarisation και διόρθωση , και στους φακούς που έφτιαξαν η polarisation δεν ήτανε ομοιόμορφη και φαινόταν καθαρά το πρόβλημα όταν φορούσα τα γυαλιά (μάλιστα με ζάλιζαν). Ήτανε φανερό το πρόβλημα κοιτάζοντας τους φακούς μέσω άλλων γυαλιών polarizing. Ο υπάλληλος αποδέχθηκε ότι υπήρχε πρόβλημα και προσπάθησε να βοηθήσει, αλλά η ιδιοκτήτρια επέμενε ότι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα και ότι πάντοτε έτσι είναι τέτοιοι φακοί (κάτι που είναι ψέμα, γιατί έχω φορέσει άλλα γυαλιά που δεν έχουν αυτό το πρόβλημα). Τελικά αρνήθηκαν να τα διορθώσουν και επέστρεψαν μόνο τα λεφτά για το σκελετό που ήτανε βέβαια ελάχιστα σε σχέση με την τιμή των φακών. Πηγαίνετε σε άλλο μαγαζί. Crooks. I bought sunglasses with polarization and correction, and in the lenses they made the polarisation was not uniform and the problem was clearly visible when I wore the glasses (in fact I was stunned). The problem was obvious looking at the lenses through other polarizing glasses. The clerk accepted that there was a problem and tried to help, but the owner insisted that there was no problem and that such lenses are always like that (which is a lie, because I have worn other glasses that do not have this problem). Eventually they refused to correct them and returned only the money for the frame which was of course small compared to the price of the lenses. Go to another store.

Παρασκευή πήγα να παραγγείλω γυαλιά μυωπίας και ήταν έτοιμο το Σάββατο πρωί. Σούπερ γρήγορη και σούπερ εξυπηρετικοί. Μπράβο συνεχίστε έτσι. Α	ΑΙΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΗ ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΚΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα πρόσφατα γυαλιά μυωπίας 150 ευρώ, δεν μου έκοψαν απόδειξη, μου έδωσαν 3 διαφορετικές παλιές αποδείξεις με διαφορετικές ημέρες και ώρες. Τους είπα ότι θέλω να βάλω την απόδειξη στον ΕΟΠΠΥ για να πάρω πίσω τα 100 ευρώ που δικαιούμαι και δεν τους ενδιέφερε. Μετά από πάρα πολλή πίεση έκοψαν τελικά την απόδειξη με τα χίλια ζόρια. Οι τιμές τους τριπλασιάστηκαν σε σχέση με τα προηγούμενα χρόνια. I recently bought myopia glasses for 150 euros, they did not cut my receipt, they gave me 3 different old receipts with different days and hours. I told them that I want to put the receipt in EOPPY to get back the 100 euros I am entitled to and they were not interested. After a lot of pressure, they finally cut the receipt with a thousand efforts. Their prices have tripled compared to previous years.
