Παρουσιάστηκε βλάβη σε κάποιο μηχάνημα και τελικά καθυστέρησε πολύ η ανάλυση. Το πρόβλημά μου δεν είναι ότι υπήρξε βλάβη, καθώς οι βλάβες είναι αναπόφευκτες. Η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης είναι αυτή που με ενόχλησε. Σε κάθε βήμα της διαδικασίας έπρεπε εγώ να τηλεφωνώ και να ρωτάω.
 I went to the chemical water analysis company.
A machine malfunction occurred and the analysis was eventually delayed. My problem is not that there was damage, as the damage is inevitable. It is the lack of information that annoys me. I had to call and ask at every step of the process.
