Beautiful little place to call home. The staff are absolutley wonderful in helping in every way. The room itself was very charming, and the courtyard gives a great chance to enjoy life at your own pace. An easy choice if you're looking for a welcoming stay in Mykonos.

I booked a “Double Room with Panoramic View”. I had a wonderful time in Mykonos but my time at Andriani's Guest House could have been better. Let me first say, the room and location are good, but I found the service from the manager to be TERRIBLE, full details below. My room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable, however maintenance could be improved. The espresso maker was a nice touch although I did have to ask for the water to be replenished every day. The location is good, it’s near Fabrika bus station (for buses to many parts of the island) and you can walk to everywhere in the old town in less than 15minutes. However it is up an incredibly steep hill so this is very difficult with luggage or if you have mobility issues. There are two main problems with this guesthouse: First, there is no 24/7 reception, so if you have any issues you have to phone the manager, Mr Antonios Mavros (I will call him Mr Antonios), on his Greek mobile - this does not make things easy or cheap when you are on holiday! When I arrived he had arranged someone else to show me my room. I had booked a double room but was given a twin. I had to ask the person to phone Mr Antonios to ask if this could be changed, he did not care, so I had to ask the housekeeping lady the following morning if she could convert the two single beds into a double, she did this without any problem. The second issue is that the manager (or owner), Mr Antonios Mavros, is incredibly rude. Never, ever before in all my travels across the world have I been made to feel so unwelcome anywhere I’ve stayed. Mr Antonios seems unable to smile or even say “hello”, he is just interested in you paying for your stay, preferably in cash. The young man and young girl who work there were friendly, I was just so shocked that Mr Antonios was always constantly rude for no reason. Mr Antonios sent emails before my arrival to confirm arrival time and they were all abrupt, especially when I couldn’t tell him 3 weeks prior to my arrival the exact time – see photo. He can speak English fine, so that is not an excuse for his emails. He didn’t care that I’d been given a twin room when I booked a double and I had to request the bottle of wine included in my reservation. Pre-departure he tried to charge me an unreasonably high fare for transfer to the port. Not only that but two other guests were departing at the same time, he didn’t care, he just wanted to charge as much as possible. As I knew he was charging too much I decided to make my own arrangements which were much cheaper, although unfortunately this did not go as planned and I missed my ferry and spent an additional 3 hours at the ferry port, thank you Mr Antonios, all because he was trying to charge as much money as possible. Because I was having such a good time I actually considered staying more nights but when I asked Mr Antonios how much that would be he tried to charge me so much I decided not to. Checking-out Mr Antonios was particularly unpleasant, his mood only lifted a little when he realised I was prepared to pay him entirely in cash so as to get a discount. It’s such a shame when people cannot be pleasant to you until it’s about money, Mr Antonios is one such person. This is a long review but I was so annoyed at how I was treated I felt compelled to write this in full. I’m surprised not to see more reviews like this, so perhaps I was just very unlucky. If it wasn’t for Mr Antonios I would have no problem in recommending this as a place to stay, unfortunately I have to say that until he is able to deliver better customer service I would suggest you stay elsewhere.

I can only recommend this cute, cosy place. Wonderful, caring owners, spacious, clean rooms with a fridge, air condition and WiFi. They pick you up from the airport and the location is very central and close to everything. Great value for the price, given how expensive the nearby hotels are. Cannot wait to come again.

Positive: Large comfortable room, strong wi-fi, excellent breakfast @ 10 € ea, balcony with great view of Mykonos, nice location near bus terminal and short walk to town, pickup (airport) / drop off (ferry terminal) service for 10 €,. Negative: Steepish hill to climb to hotel.

Positive: Free pick-up service from new port to the apartment (old port) was nice! When we left, they offered free ride again so we could have enough time to enjoy their wonderful breakfast! It contained a basket of bread, yogurt (honey or jam), ham omelette, cheese with olive, orange juice, tea and coffee. We sit outside our room and enjoyed the meal with symphony music and garden view. Several cats and one dog here, enjoyable experience! :). Negative: Mykonos water is not recommended to drink which is a bit salty. I did not use the kettle to boil water because of the dirt inside, maybe minerals? But they provided 1L bottle water. The apartment was located at slope so a bit steep to walk, but quiet enough. Street light was dark in Mykonos so we walked carefully. Lamp in the room was a bit dark compared with outdoor but enough at night..

I highly recommend Andriani's Guest House! The location is prefect; far enough from the old town where you can rest quietly at night but just a couple minutes walk to the bus station and shops. Our room was perfect! We told them it was our anniversary and they gave us a room with a sea view balcony and a bottle of wine. It was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The owners are very sweet and kind. :) They also provided punctual transportation to and from the port. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Mykonos!

A short walk uphill from town, this family run guest house is lovely. The staff are charming and helpful, and the plentiful breakfast on their cute little terrace is a great start to your day. Great views from the balcony rooms, and friendly cats to play with - happy days!
