Everything about this hotel is awesome - the location is midway up a steep hill, overlooking the town - this is great for so many reasons: The view! And the quiet! I was so pleasantly surprised when we entered and everyday has been even better! The Breakfast is perfect - what a way to start your day. Air conditioning helped us sleep like babies -

Very rude reception lady and unfriendly they said dont come back for your luggages because it’s crowded so the driver took our bags and came after us for checkout, you cant swim after 7pm which is a useless rule.

It is clean and quiet and the staff is so friendly! The balcony view is worth it especially for sunrise if your a early riser

We booked the suite which didn't have cloth hanger and no kitchen utensils at all (spoons, cups, glasses, etc.) Every evening there were small insects coming out of bathroom. The lady-owner was extremely rude. In particular, we wanted to organise a small birthday party for 5 people by the pool, when we asked her for 5 plates-spoons-glasses she replied mamy times in an angry way that she will have extra work to do because of us. Last but not least, in an island like Mykonos, where people go to sleep during sunrise, breakfast can't be served so early (8-10:30), because technically it means that nobody can have it. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

It saddens me to share this review as I’ve never left this low of review before, but I want to help others avoid having a negative experience as I did in Mykonos at this location. In Greece, I’ve had nothing but positive and inviting experiences with such a kind, hospitable culture until my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not good. The hotel room was a bit dated/simple, although the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated and the walls had a fresh coat of white paint. The pool was nice and had beach chairs to lounge on and the breakfast area may have had recent renovations as well. Sadly, the most frustrating aspect of the hotel was how off putting and rude the personnel was to me. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the hospitality industry. After how hard Europe, especially Greece, was hit by covid, I was very much looking forward to my stay in Greece and contributing to the tourism industry. At this hotel, I did not feel welcomed and it felt as if they didn’t need guests based on how I was treated. Perhaps, this hotel is more catered to locals and does not desire to have tourists, either way, no person should be treated as rude as I was by multiple personnel at this hotel. Luckily, all other hotels I stayed at throughout Greece were so welcoming and heart warming it made up for this poor experience.

Great location, uphill in town with a view of Chora. Clean and tidy, quiet and safe place. Feels like home, great hospitality

Hotel is in a good spot, close to town albeit up a hill. Female owner is nice, male owner had an incredibly unwelcoming rude vibe. Towels and bedding seem centuries old & extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. There are better places in Mykonos for the price.

The best hotel I’ve been to ,the people were so nice even when we arrived earlier than expected, the room was so clean and the daily cleaning sostén was perfect. We had an amazing terrace with sea and city view. It’s very well located , 5 minutes by walk to the center of the town and 10 minutes from the port, restaurants and pubs.
