Τι χρειάστηκαμε πάντα ήταν πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει κ να μας δώσει πληροφορίες ώστε η διαμονη μας στο νησί να είναι εξαιρετική κ με ενδιαφέρον. Ένας χωρος με υπέροχη θέα σε πολύ καλό σημείο κοντα στην παραλία Κυπρί. Τα διαμερισματα πολύ καθαρά κ προσεγμένα ακολουθώντας το πρωτόκολλο που απαιτείται δεδομένων συνθηκών covid. The owner is very friendly. In what we needed he was always willing to serve us and give us information so that our stay on the island is excellent and interesting. A place with wonderful views in a very good spot near Kypri beach. The apartments are very clean and neat following the required protocol given covid conditions.
K	Kasiaris Georgios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είχαμε κλήσει 2 οικογένειες, από τον Φεβρουάριο, με προκαταβολή και είχαμε εκδοσει και τα εισητηρια, ο ιδιοκτήτης ακύρωσε την κράτηση τον Ιούλιο γιατί απαίτησε πλήρη εξόφληση κ ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει ένα ποσό ενδιάμεσο... Και μόνο που 2 οικογένειες έμειναν ξεκρεμαστες μέσα Ιουλίου για τις 2 εβδομάδες που έχουν, είναι τραγικός κ απαράδεκτος... Όσο για τα facilities, καλή δουλειά προσεγμένη, αλλά πανάκριβη γιαυτό που προσφέρει.. Ο ιδιοκτήτης έμπαινε στην καθαριότητα και έβαζε τα τηλεκοντρόλ του air condition στα συρτάρια των κομοδινων..!! Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα σε καμία περίπτωση..!!! While we had called 2 families, since February, with a deposit and we had also issued the tickets, the owner canceled the reservation in July because he demanded full payment and while we had agreed an intermediate amount ... And only 2 families remained pending in July for the 2 weeks they have, it is tragic and unacceptable ... As for the facilities, good work, careful, but very expensive for what it offers .. The owner went into the cleaning and put the air conditioning remote controls in the bedside drawers .. !! I would not go again in any case .. !!!

Minutes walk or drive to several wonderful beaches, wonderful balcony open to the sea and the fields, spacious apartments, super clean and well maintained, in a modern and new villa. The swimming pool is wonderful with nice seating area, and the location is perfect - just in the middle between wonderful Batsi and Gavrio, and not too adjacent to the road - so you have the peace and silence to enjoy your vocation. Thomas, the host, is super nice guy that made every possible effort to make our stay the best it can be.

I don't want to forget to mention the high quality of the beds (matresses and pillows) and service as cleaning and regular refreshing of towels. I won't miss to tell that the pool is amazing and always very well done by Thomas. It was a real pleasure to be his guest. I highly recommand his house.

He met us at the port, arranged both a taxi back to the property and also a hire car for the duration of our stay. His knowledge of the island and what to see is invaluable. The house itself is stunning and impeccably clean. The level of quality is evident throughout. Truly a fantastic host and a wonderful place to stay with amazing views of kypri beach. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Thomas.

There are definitely better places to stay at the island. The apartment that we stayed had no view and on of the rooms had NO natural light coming in. The place was not cleaned regularly.

Price difference with the upper floor is only 20 euros so you feel deceived to pay similar price for the ground floor apartments. We were there with our friends that were staying in the upper floor so the difference was obvious. We informed the owner but he was not willing to somehow address the issue. Left disappointed
N	Nikos Stefanopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 5 nights at Andros Luxury house and was the most amazing experience, the apartment is brand new and inside you can find everything you need to make you comfortable. The view from apartment was incredible. Very clean, and great pool. The host Mr Thomas was very helpful and always there to greet us when needed. He is the nicest person and very professional.
