m	maria blb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα!Σχεση ποιότητας διαμονής και υπηρεσιών με κόστος υπέρ του δέοντος καλή. Στα 50 μέτρα ειναι η φανταστική παραλία πας με τα πόδια.Εκτός από πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις υπάρχει και το εστιατόριο ακριβώς από κάτω με μεγαλη ποικιλία μαγειρευτών ημέρας.Σίγουρα δεν θα ψάξουμε για κάτι άλλο την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε το νησί. One of the best accommodation! Relationship between quality of accommodation and services at a very good cost. At 50 meters is the fantastic beach you go on foot. Apart from the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook there is also the restaurant just below with a wide variety of day cooks. We will definitely not look for something else the next time we visit the island.

Ο Νίκος (ιδιοκτήτης) υπερ του δέοντος εξυπηρετικός, η καθαριότητα απο τις κοπέλες άριστη και συνεπής (κάθε μέρα καθαρισμός και κάθε 2-3 μέρες αλλαγής πετσετών/σεντονιών), κάτι που θεωρείται πολυ σημαντικό σε καλοκαιρινές κατοικίες. Οι κατοικίες είναι άψογα κατασκευασμένες και όλες έδειχναν οτι έχει γίνει μελέτη ακόμα και για τη πιο μικρή λεπτομέρεια! Εμείς μείναμε σε δυο μεζονέτες (Τύπου 2 & 3) και ήταν άψογες και σαν χώρος και σαν παροχές! Η τοποθεσία επίσης είναι άψογη, με μόλις λιγα μέτρα μακριά απο τη παραλία του Αγίου Πέτρου, μια απο τις καλύτερες παραλίες του νησιού! Η ταβέρνα του Γιαννούλη ακριβώς απο κάτω απο τις κατοικίες (ίδιας ιδιοκτησίας με τρομερό φαγητό) συμπληρώνει το απόλυτο πακέτο υπηρεσιών απο το Αίθρα, που μαζί με το στρατηγικό σημείο τους (και συνολικά στο νησί αλλά και στον Αγιο Πέτρο συγκεκριμένα) κάνουν το συγκρότημα ως ένα απο τα top-3 του νησιού (για εμένα πρώτο στη λίστα). Ευχαριστούμε πολυ για την άψογη διαμονή Νίκο και σίγουρα θα τα ξανα πούμε! One of the best tourist accommodation complexes I have visited! Nikos (owner) is extremely helpful, the cleaning by the girls is excellent and consistent (cleaning every day and every 2-3 days changing towels / sheets), something that is considered very important in summer homes. The houses are impeccably constructed and all showed that even the smallest detail has been studied! We stayed in two maisonettes (Type 2 & 3) and they were perfect both as a space and as facilities! The location is also impeccable, with just a few meters away from the beach of Agios Petros, one of the best beaches on the island! The tavern of Giannoulis just below the houses (of the same property with terrible food) completes the absolute package of services from Ethra, which together with their strategic point (both in general on the island and in Agios Petros in particular) make the complex as a from the top-3 of the island (for me first on the list). Thank you very much for the impeccable stay Nikos and we will definitely say it again!

M	Maria Karamanli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Τhe apartment was very clean (and daily cleaning services were included) Beautifully decorated and pretty houses Air conditioning included Placement was very convenient Batsi was 10 mins away by car and Gavrio 2-3 mins However there was a beach just a few meters away with free sunbeds for the people staying at the appartments And a greek restaurant was placed between the apartments and the beach The services were great overall Highly recommended -especially for couples and families- since it is very peaceful
