★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikos et son équipe sont très accueillants, le studio est très bien situé et propose un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Bien localisé entre la ville et la partie "sauvage". Proche des magasins et discret ainsi qu'à 10mn max des plages.
Ménage tous les jours, WiFi possibilité du petit déjeuner le matin.
Le studio est bien équipé avec la cuisine ainsi qu'une terrasse. Nikos est toujours présent et à suivre si tout se passe bien et vous aide à chaque occasion qui se présente. Je vous conseille de bien préparer vos itinéraires et de prendre un véhicule pour vos activités et de bouger un maximum ainsi que d'être créatif !
 Nikos and his team are very welcoming, the studio is very well located and offers excellent value for money. Well located between the city and the "wild" part. Close to shops and discreet as well as 10 minutes max from the beaches.
Daily cleaning, WiFi possibility of breakfast in the morning.
The studio is well equipped with the kitchen and a terrace. Nikos is always present and to follow if everything goes well and helps you whenever the opportunity arises. I advise you to prepare your itineraries well and to take a vehicle for your activities and to move as much as possible as well as to be creative!

Ok. First of all I don't understand why there's just one comment while there is plenty of positive ones on Booking.
What to say :
Wonderful place, wonderful beach after 2 minutes of walk. Close to all shop's, bar's, restaurant's , without being disturbed by the noise. The flats are well sized , clean, confortable. Rena, the sweet mother of Nikos is cleaning the rooms every day!
Nikos is one of the most beautiful persons I've met in my life. I was a guest and I earned a friend. He's ALWAYS asking how you are, how you feel, if you need something... He helped me a lot for other things also. I don't don't know what to say except that he's a Golden hearted guy. He will do everything to make your holidays pleasant. If I come back to Zakynthos, I'll go nowhere else than Anemomylos studios and apartments.
