★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful over the phone! We booked online on their website and had questions about printing the tickets out before travelling.
The phone number connects you to a helpline and while we did have to wait a few minutes, the gentleman who answered spoke English and was very helpful and polite.
Made our ferry experience all the more enjoyable, thank you ANES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferry across to Skiathos was ok but the return to Volos was a nightmare.
Anes changed the ferry departure time to 2 hrs earlier than stated on the ticket without informing me. We were stuck on the island another day. Lost money on the hotel booking in Volos for that evening and had to pay extra 50 euros to return the following day on a Blue Star ferry (Couldn't rely on Anes again). Going to contact Anes but I dont expect any refunds or reimbursement of lost funds.

The ship did not appear at all !!!!!

No body was answering the phone
No body told us anything.
We just changed our tickets for 2 hours delay
Again: STAY AWAY FROM ANES FERRIES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tickets are very expensive. 60 eur return from Agios Konstantinos to Skopelos in a very old ferry while from Athens to Crete for example it's the same price and the distance is double. One of the most expensive ferry tickets in Greece in relation to the distance. Moreover, when we traveled the air-conditioning was not working and the only viable option was staying on the outdoor deck. Quite many people were reading and the music from the bar was SO LOUD and SO bad that nobody could actually read. I have traveled with quite many companies and they usually choose a more relaxed music. This one chose the infamous greek skyladiko.
