★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εταιρία κτελ που εχω δει! Δεν ξερω ποια είναι η κυρία που μου ύψωσε την φωνή της και μου είπε πως το λεωφορείο ηταν δικό της και μπορεί να κάνει οτι θέλει,αλλα η συμπεριφορά της ηταν απαράδεκτη προς τον πελάτη! Παραλίγο να σηκώσει χέρι στην μητέρα μου η οποία της ζήτησε ευγενικά να σηκώσει το κάθισμα που την ενοχλούσε!!! Και εκτός αυτού απειλούσε να μας κατεβάσει στα μέσα της διαδρομής σε άκρως ερημική τοποθεσία γιατί την είχαμε λέει εκνευρίσει.!!!Απαράδεκτη! Ντροπή σας!!!
The worst bus company I have ever seen! I do not know who is the lady who raised her voice to me and told me that the bus was hers and she can do whatever she wants, but her behavior was unacceptable to the customer! She almost raised her hand to my mother who politely asked her to lift the seat that was bothering her !!! And besides, she was threatening to take us down in the middle of the route to a very deserted location because we had said she was upset. !!! Unacceptable! Same on you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U duhen autobuza me te rinj , akoma me baba Qemon kta… por arsyeja qe shkoj me Komatas eshte miresjellja. Prap 5 yje po ve sepse duhet ti ndihmojme te bejne lek per autobuza te rinj.
They need newer buses, still with father Qemon… but the reason I go with Komatas is politeness. I am giving 5 stars again because we have to help them make money for new buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι κοπέλες είναι ότι να ναι! Δεν μπόρεσα να συνεννοηθώ μαζί τους! Μη επαγγελματίες! Δεν σε ενημερώνουν για το πότε θα φύγει το δέμα και ούτε καν που θα το αφήσουν στο καφενείο ή στο βενζινάδικο! Δυστυχώς είχα τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις όμως η μη επαγγελματικές ικανότητες με απογοήτευσαν! Στέλνεις ΦΆΡΜΑΚΑ και δεν ξέρεις από που να τα παραλάβεις! Κρίμα!
The girls are that yes! I could not communicate with them! Non-professionals! They do not inform you when the parcel will leave and not even where they will leave it at the cafe or the gas station! Unfortunately I had the best impressions but the non-professional skills disappointed me! You send MEDICINES and you do not know where to get them! Pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από πρόσφατη εμπειρία και συγκεκριμένα από τις 21/12/21 μπορώ να εκφραστώ μόνο αρνητικά για το συγκεκριμένο ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο. Τα λεωφορεία είναι αρκετά παλιά και δεν πληρούν τις στοιχειώδεις απαιτήσεις των πελατών. Επίσης ένας οδηγός, του οποίο το όνομα δεν γνωρίζω, την συγκεκριμένη ημέρα, όταν ξεκίνησα από Τίρανα προς Ελλάδα, ήταν πολύ αγενής όχι μόνο μαζί μου αλλά και με άλλους επιβάτες, πράγμα απαράδεκτο από την στιγμή που πληρώνω τις υπηρεσίες σας και ο οδηγός μου απευθύνεται με ειρωνικό τρόπο. Τέλος, στον οδηγό είχα πει 2 φορές κατά την διάρκεια του ταξιδιού τον προορισμό μου και εκείνος αφηρημένος μιλώντας στον κινητό του τηλέφωνο, ενώ οδηγούσε, ξεχάστηκε τελείως και παραλίγο να με πάει αλλού και όταν κατέβηκα να πάρω τις αποσκευές μου με τρόπο προσβλητικό μου είπε ότι εγώ έφταιγα κι ότι έπρεπε να του το είχα θυμίσει από πριν!Απαράδεκτο!!!
From recent experience and specifically from 21/12/21 I can only express negatively about this travel agency. The buses are quite old and do not meet the basic requirements of the customers. Also a driver, whose name I do not know, on the specific day, when I started from Tirana to Greece, was very rude not only with me but also with other passengers, which is unacceptable since I pay for your services and my driver addresses me ironically. Finally, I had told the driver twice during the trip my destination and he abstractly talking on his cell phone while driving, was completely forgotten and almost took me somewhere else and when I got off to get my luggage in an insulting way he told me that I was also to blame for what I should have reminded him of before! Unacceptable !!!
