Anesis Blue Boutique Hotel - Spirou Kassaveti 12

The hotel was nice but the boss is a monster. He send a friend of mine out while on his third day, because of a bad review which he had changed later.

The hotel and rooms are ok , but pay attention to the all inclusive! the hotel has not its own kitchen !!! and the food it is the same food every day , is brought from somewere and it is disaster .As dessert all week I received a kind of gelatine. Careful! They have good reviews because are all-inclusive only from this year !

+Rooms were clean and tidy +Really close to center/markets/beach (around 2 min to the beach) +Nice pool/reception +Personal opinion - pretty, rustical furnitures in the rooms +We could take a shower and leave our bags even after checking out +We got dinner in our fridge waiting for us when we arrived late in the night on our first day -Terrible food (and I mean really uneatable - the worst and the cheapest ingridients, I was eating only watermelon and bread with butter for the whole holidays for breakfast). I felt really pity for the guy cleaning the tables during breakfast and dinner, he looked so sad taking full plates of food and listening to terrible opinions of other guests. If someone would like to only eat in the hotel and not spend any money in restaurants/taverns - don't even think about it unless you want to lose some weight :) -Really low preasure of hot water in the shower (at least in my room), what is more I had to wait for like 10-15 minute till the water get hot -I know that business is business, but on my last day, when I was waiting in the reception for the departure, I was really thirsty, I asked about some water to drink, asked about price of small bottle of water in the hotel bar, it costed 1 euro, I had only 80 cents left, the bar was not accepting cards, the bartender said that sorry, 80 cents is not enough. What I mean is that it was totally different experience from rest of the Greece, on my previous holidays everyone was so helpful etc. -We had to pay extra money for the safe in our room

Amazing location and modern interior. The food was delicious and definitely worth staying in. The staff was very friendly but the rooms were not cleaned regularly. I could tell from the extra pillowcase that had a stain on it and stayed there till my last day. Overall it is worth it.

Wonderful place, we love it. This is a nice small hotel, the crew is very helpful and very nice people. The lady in the counter was very helpful and full of patience with all of our requests. The place looks like it's been made an improvement in the rooms and all the facilities, it's all looks brand new.
