★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet eens 1 ster. Maar minder is niet mogelijk. Was WiFi gegarandeerd, niet dus. Er staat een mooie foto van een hoekbad. Maar als er niet genoeg warm water is, heb je hier ook niets aan. Schamele keukenspullen. Heel klein vaatwassertje. Nee nooit meer.
 Not even 1 star. But less is not possible. Was WiFi guaranteed, not so. There is a nice picture of a corner bath. But if there is not enough hot water, it will not help you. Poor kitchen stuff. Very small dishwasher. No, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting and very spacious well appointed villas. Lovely outside area with pool and plenty of seating plus a big bbq. Air-conditioning is an extra and payable at reception, approx 50 Euro per unit so you can choose whether to pay for just the bedrooms or the whole villa. It's only a 10 minute walk to the main Street and taxi rank, 20 minutes to beach. But an uphill walk getting back ( so depending on how many carafes of wine you've had will determine how long it takes you) not easily accessible for those less able as some steep steps to negotiate to get to villas. Just as a guide it cost us 40 Euros for a taxi into Herakleion which is worth a visit for the Venetian fort and nearby ruins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely villas, out of the centre of town. The pool is just the right size for a family, and the villa is spacious and comfy. The only negatives I could mention are that Aircon is optional and very expensive, and the kitchen isn't as well equipped as it could be (we only had one sharp knife, and twice as many table knives as forks). It's also not the best place if you have limited mobility, as the villas are reached from a very steep road followed by a series of steps. None of these spoiled a great holiday though!
