★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments Kiani Akti are located in Tolo main street, very close to beach. Rooms are very clean. This object has private parking for a small number of vehicles. In evening hours might be very loud, because of traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are cheap.The food was truly disappointing and the coffee just not good. The location is great, right next to the beach. But the staff was really rude. They were mocking me for no reason whatsoever when I asked if I could pay by card. Two male employees were making jokes in a rude way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This is a lovely little hotel that is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday. The hotel itself is directly next to the beach and the owners provide beach lounges and umbrellas free of charge, saving you hiring them at the beach (€8 in off season). The rooms themselves are very basic but very clean, so perfect if you're not intending to spend all day hidden away in a hotel room. The owners are very friendly and really go out of their way to be make your stay enjoyable. There are plenty of nice and affordable restaurants in Tolo and Nafplio is a 15 minute drive away. Ancient sites such as Mycaena are under an hours drive away.. Negative: To explore outside of Tolo, it is best to have a car. Taxis are quite expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location is great, right next to the beach. You can find all you need around the hotel, especially fresh bakery next door. The room with the seaview is great. Having breakfast on the balcony every morning is very inspiring. The owners of the hotel are great and try to help you as much as they can. Rooms are clean. You can take a sunbed and a umbrella from the hotel to the beach. We got a goodbye coffee bonus when we were leaving. It was very nice.. Negative: I didn't like that when you take the shower, water comes all over the bathroom floor. I didn't like the strong smell of air freshener in the hall..
