We did not give out the cheques when renting, and I stupid and did not ask, although here they never asked, now something is impossible to prove. In short, I will never turn to this office again, and will always require a check. Unpleasant residue, ruining all the rest.

Reading many reviews about other companies, I choose Anna's car for my week in Crete. Loved it. Highly recommended.

The car was very comfortable and clean and the staff on pickup and drop off very friendly I would be recommending Anna Cars to friends and family and will be using them again if I visit the Island. Didnt need a credit card or a huge deposit which is also great!

Mr K Anifantakis and his team are always very professional from the online booking to the pick up either office or airport. The deal has all the benefits with low mileage cars which are fully comprehensively insured which gives peace of mind. The team at Anna's car are only a phone call away if you have problem.

The company's employee was waiting for us in the arrival hall. We received very clear instructions and signed the contract. The return of the car was also as easy as winking.Just as importantly, the car we got was brand new (milage of just over 6,000 km). So yes, avoid car rentals with a bad reputation and choose one like this!

p	pat coughlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many years now we have used Anna Cars while holidaying in Crete and every year our experience with Kostas and his team gets better There are no hidden agendas in trying to sell extras when collecting your vehicle and the price quoted is exactly what you pay We were met at Chania airport arrivals by a very nice and professional lady who had waited patiently for over an hour for us as our bags did not arrive after our transfer from Athens and we needed to sort this out in the arrivals Hall This Anna cars team member put us at ease by telling us not to worry as this often happens and that our bags would be delivered to our hotel in Elephonisi the following day Which they were ?? The vehicles are top quality and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending Anna cars to anyone renting a vehicle in Crete Pat Ireland ??
