We accidently made a small scrath to the left door of the car and we pay nothing.
A trully 100% Full insurance, very friendly staff.
They told us not to worry about it and to continue our holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really, what a surprise is this company! Every time I asked in the past week a company if they could help me with a car there was or no reply or very very late.. Well not overhere, after my request late in the evening I received very quick(within 1 hour) a reply on my request. Due to the incredible bussy weeks on the island my requested car was not available, however the very nice employee offer me another car from a higher class but not for a extreem high price. So there we had a compromis, I received a fair price for a bigger car, and the company can add a very nice customer to their customerbase.
As I read other reviews I assume the experience with the pickup will be very easy and good. And of course I will share a review after the rental period! Thanks so far for this help, I highly recommend this company to anyone while visiting Crete!
Well as promissed I will also give feedback afterwards.
When we arrived at the airport we received very good information about the island and a map to explore. Also we signed the contract and paid the open amount. The pickup was simple, car was clean, outside and inside. Also we received very good explanation about where to place the car when we left.
During our stay we have had no trouble with the car, really nice driving.
All contact went very well and we are really happy with the service of this company.
Thanks and hopefully we will be back in the future!
