I have visited Cephalonia five times and all I have stayed in Ms. Anna Maria, clean and spacious rooms with nice views near the beach of Spartia and Argostoli!

Kényelmes, rendkívül tiszta és rendezett szálláshely amit ezúton is köszönünk a panziót vezető hölgynek Máriának ! Minden nap takarítják a szállást, felszerelt konyha, kényelmes bútorzat, tágas parkolók az udvarban. Nagy erkélyek gyönyörű panorámával, tengerre néző. Átlagos áron remek szálláshely amit jó szívvel ajánlok . Spártia kicsi, de hangulatos központtal rendelkező falu, ami remek kiindulási pont a sziget felfedezéséhez. We spent ten nights with eleven people in three separate apartments at our disposal. Comfortable, extremely clean and tidy accommodation, which we would like to thank the lady Maria, who runs the pension! The accommodation is cleaned every day, equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, spacious parking lots in the yard. Large balconies with beautiful panoramic sea views. Great accommodation at an average price that I recommend with a good heart. Spartia is a small but cozy village with a great starting point for exploring the island.
l	loriana toska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι πολύ καλοί οι άνθρωποι φιλόξενοι λες και είναι οικογένεια σου.μας έφεραν αυγά ντομάτες από τον κήπο τους και ότι θέλαμε είναι εκεί.τα δωμάτια καθημερινά είναι καθαρισμένα.αλλαγη στα σεντόνια.δεν έχω λόγια πραγματικά. The people are very nice and hospitable as if they were your family. They brought us eggs and tomatoes from their garden and what we wanted is there. The rooms are cleaned daily. Change the sheets. I really have no words.
L	Lynne Henson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start with the positives. Breath taking views from balcony. The land lady was super helpful and delt with every problem as it came up very quickly. Now the negative everything in the apartments dates from late 70 to early 80. Oven hob slow and showing signs of rust. Balcony shutters rusted and very very hard to lock and unlock. Air con difficult to work out how to use it and so loud!! Coffee maker leaked all over to floor. Ancient shower head wood only point downwards angle. Weird shower curtain didn't fit shower so flooded bath room floor. Was asked by landlady to turn water heater off at fuse board when we wernt using it! The kettle took nearly 10 minute to heat water. We actually thought it wasn't working it took so long. And could not get WiFi to work. Such a shame as this place could be a hold mine if updated.

V	Valentina Salvi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a nice stay here in Maria's home. She is a really nice hostess, always at your service when you need something. Unfortunately she doesn't speak English but communication comes easily with some gestures and some basic greek words. Maria's husband is a really nice man too, he does speak basic English and has always an advice ready for you. Spartia is a very small and rural town, it's very quiet and relaxing and people there are very kind. It also is 10 minutes by car from Argostoli and 5 from Pesada. The apartments are quiet too, they're well kept and clean and they also get cleaned daily, which means no rubbish to take away and endless paper in the bathroom. Overall we had a really nice stay here.

A+++++ the whole time my apartment was clean by Mrs Maria, A+++++ Mrs Maria & Mr Giannis such a gentle soul,always there to give you advise for the best, A+++++ easy parking, Α+++++ Spartia is an awesome village so quiet and so picturesque village, A+++++ everything is close enough to the village,like beach,night life etc etc, literally i can write the whole day for this amazing experience. So blessed for meeting those people and this place. Definitely gonna be there soon again.
