Ο chef Πάρης Κολιάδης, το δυνατό χαρτί του μαγαζιού, από μικρό παιδί ονειρευόταν να ασχοληθεί με την μαγειρική. Πτυχιούχος από την Σχολή Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων της Θεσσαλονίκης, βρίσκεται στον χώρο της εστίασης από18 χρονών.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της επαγγελματικής του διαδρομής, πέρασε από όλα τα στάδια του χώρου πράγμα που του έδωσε την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσει τα μυστικά των γεύσεων της ελληνικής και της διεθνούς κουζίνας στην πρώτη γραμμή.
Ανήσυχος και δραστήριος εξελίχθηκε και δούλεψε στα καλύτερα catering της Αθήνας. Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια το όνομά του συνδέθηκε με την επιτυχία στο γευστικό αποτέλεσμα σε εκδηλώσεις με ιδιαίτερα υψηλές απαιτήσεις, αποσπώντας τα συγχαρητήρια τόσο από σημαντικά δημόσια πρόσωπα, όσο και από αναγνωρισμένους ανθρώπους του χώρου της γαστρονομίας.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could not understand why people like this place. Food was quite flat and tasteless. We asked for fava and it was not fava, it was lemon and mustard sauce. The French fries were fried until they lost texture and even the cheese on top of the Greek salad was quite bad. On the house sweet they offered was biscuits soaked in water and a dull foam on top. We also find their smiling faces very fake and most probably forced by the boss…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice dinner in Antáma. The service was great and the atmosphere welcoming. Home made fries were great (and a huge portion). We spent 40 euros for two adults and two kids and we even couldn't finish everything. House wine was also nice ?

They have the food of the day so in our case they had green leaf salad and souvlaki. Highly recommend!
We’ve tried many other dishes like risotto, fried squid, fried rolls,fava etc.
My favorites are tzatziki and green leaf salad. Fries are homemade.
Overall very good service for a affordable price! If you are visiting Athen, it is worth to visit this Restaurant!!
