Best Hotel in Greece

C	Carlos SanzGomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un hotel top pero cubre todas las necesidades y sobre todo facilidades si viajas 4 personas dado que tienen habitaciones con 2 dormitorios + salón ( y en nuestro caso 2 cuartos de baño). El desayuno está concertado con la cafetería Santana, siendo abundante y muy agradable (estás en la misma playa). A nivel económico todo un acierto y gran diferencia con los hoteles de la zona. It is not a top hotel but it covers all the needs and especially facilities if you travel 4 people since they have rooms with 2 bedrooms + living room (and in our case 2 bathrooms). Breakfast is arranged with the Santana cafeteria, being abundant and very pleasant (you are on the same beach). On an economic level, a great success and a great difference with the hotels in the area.
G	Gilles Gossart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel au top,femme de ménage parlant français et anglais, réceptionniste à l'écoute, comme tout le personnel. Extérieur très sympa avec une très belle piscine. Les logements devraient être rénovés notamment les salles de bains vieillissantes!et un lit en 160 serait le bienvenu. Petits déjeuners bien fournis mais il manque le plus important..l'omelette et son becon !dommage. Staff at the top, cleaning lady speaking French and English, receptionist listening, like all the staff. Very nice exterior with a very nice swimming pool. The accommodation should be renovated, especially the aging bathrooms! And a 160 bed would be welcome. Breakfasts are well supplied but the most important thing is missing ... the omelette and its becon!
M	Maria Chara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο για 6 βράδια κ σε καμία περίπτωση το δωμάτιο δεν άξιζε τα 90 ευρώ την βραδιά: το τηλέφωνο στην ντουζιέρα δεν λειτουργούσε με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να καθαριστεί καλά το δάπεδο της ντουζιέρας, μετά τις 22:00 δεν είχε ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο, το μπαλκόνι δεν ήταν καθαρό κ είχε χτιστό καναπέ που είχε κουτσουλιές, τα κουφώματα σε πόρτες-παράθυρα είναι παλιά κ θέλουν συντήρηση.Όταν αναφέραμε τα προβλήματα του μπάνιου στην κοπέλα στην reception προσπάθησε να βρει υδραυλικό να τα φτιάξει, χωρίς όμως καμία επιτυχία. Παρά τα προβλήματα, δεν έγινε καμία μείωση στην τιμή δωματίου ούτε κάποια άλλη εξυπηρέτηση (αλλαγή δωματίου). Τέλος το πρωινό ήταν σε συνεργαζόμενο beach bar όπου δεν τηρούνταν τα μέτρα υγειινής για covid19. Το 1 αστέρι της αξιολόγησης είναι μόνο για την κοπέλα στην reception που ήταν πολύ ευγενική. We stayed in a double room for 6 nights and in no case the room was worth 90 euros per night: the phone in the shower did not work so the shower floor could not be cleaned well, after 22:00 there was no hot water in the bathroom, the balcony was not clean and had a built-in sofa that had stumps, the door-window frames are old and need maintenance. Despite the problems, there was no reduction in the room rate or any other service (room change). Finally the breakfast was in a cooperating beach bar where the hygiene measures for covid19 were not observed. The 1 star of the rating is only for the girl at the reception who was very kind.
M	Magdalena Erkier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel stary, być może trochę klimatyczny, ale pokoje, a szczególnie łazienki do remontu. Pierwsze śniadanie minimalistyczne, pozostałe już bardziej różnorodne. Basen to tak naprawdę jedyny plus. Jeśli lubisz karaluchy i nie widziałaś nigdy w realu to tutaj się to zmieni ( jest ich sporo) The hotel is old, maybe a bit atmospheric, but the rooms, especially bathrooms, need renovation. The first breakfast is minimalist, the rest are more diverse. The pool is really the only plus. If you like cockroaches and have never seen them in real life, it will change here (there are a lot of them)

S	Suzanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed here several times. It’s now under new ownership. They’ve done nothing to the place (which is fine) but they have put prices up 25%. It’s lost its charm and personal touch. We’re about to enter a fourth day with no internet and a “hopefully tomorrow” level of customer service. We won’t be back, Naxos has plenty of other nice places to stay
A	Amir Zivony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a well run family place. Located only 50m from the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The manager Dimitra was lovely and addressed all our needs. She even drove us with her car to our next destination. Room no. 7 is newly decorated with a beautiful balcony. It was just perfect for a family with one toddler. The pool was large and at the right temprature. Notice that there is a children's pool which most near hotels do not have. There's also grass for children to run on. I highly recommend this place
A	Agg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disappointing hotel experience. The rooms were dirty, more specifically, I remember finding sand on the couch the first day of our arrival. The cleaning personnel was rude and did not value our privacy. The pool was okay, though the sunbeds were rusty. We were incredibly displeased with the breakfast, since we were told that the breakfast would be served at a restaurant-beach bar, creating us high expectations, however, the food turned out to be burnt and bland, not to mention that it lacked of variety and proportion.
