T	Tasos Kagkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα 2 ραντεβού γιατί το πρώτο από λάθος (ποιού? το γραφείο ανέλαβε αυτό την ευθύνη ότι ήταν δικό του και όχι του τεχνικού αν και πιστεύω το αντίθετο - το εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα αυτό) μπήκε σε λάθος ώρα. Επισκέφτηκαν την οικία μου 2 φορές. Την πρώτη φορά ο τεχνικός ήταν εξαιρετικά ευπροσήγορος και εξυπηρετικός. Την δεύτερη φορά ο τεχνικός ζήτησε περισσότερα χρήματα απ' ότι είχα συμφωνήσει με το γραφείο αλλά το γραφείο έβαλε τα πράγματα στη θέση τους! Η εργαία του από την άλλη πλευρά ήταν ικανοποιητική. Θα μπορούσα να βάλω 4 αστέρια αλλά η επικοινωνία μου με το γραφείο ήταν κάτι περισσότερο από ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ και οι χρεώσεις ήταν πολύ λογικές. Για να είμαι ειλικρινής θα καλέσω ξανά την εταιρεία αν έχω αντίστοιχο πρόβλημα, όμως θα ζητήσω να με επισκεφτεί ο πρώτος τεχνικός. I made 2 appointments because the first one by mistake (whose? For the first time the technician was extremely forthcoming and helpful. The second time the technician asked for more money than I had agreed with the office but the office put things right! His work on the other hand was satisfactory. I could put 4 stars but my communication with the office was more than EXCELLENT and the charges were very reasonable. To be honest I will call the company again if I have a similar problem, but I will ask the first technician to visit me.

Άτομα με ελάχιστες αξιολογήσεις και κριτικές, σχολιάζουν σε διαφορετικές περιοχές. Μία κυρία(;) έλεγε ότι ήρθαν για απόφραξη στο σπίτι της σε 4 διαφορετικές περιοχές. Τελικά που μένει, στην Αθήνα, στην Αργυρούπολη, στην Ηλιούπολη ή στα Χανιά(!); Είναι ντροπή! Update: Οσο αφορά τις παροχές, η τιμή τελικώς ήταν 5€ επιπλέον από αυτή που είχε συμφωνηθεί τηλεφωνικως, λόγω του ότι χρειάστηκε, τελικά, εκτός από την απόφραξη του σιφωνιου του μπάνιου, και απόφραξη του σιφωνιου της μπανιέρας. Δεν έχει προκληθεί κανένα πρόβλημα, έγινε πολύ καλή δουλειά. Γι'αυτο, η αλλαγή απο 1 αστέρι σε 3. Most of the reviews are fake. Are they purchased? Are they from their own people? Nobody knows! People with minimal ratings and reviews comment in different areas. A lady (?) Said that they came to her house for obstruction in 4 different areas. Finally, who lives in Athens, Argyroupoli, Ilioupoli or Chania (!)? Its a shame! Update: As for the facilities, the price was finally € 5 more than what had been agreed by phone, due to the fact that it was necessary, in addition to the unblocking of the bathroom siphon, to unblock the tub of the bathtub. No problem has been caused, a very good job was done. Therefore, the change from 1 star to 3.
J	Jonathan Dran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους φώναξαν οι γονείς μου και ήρθαν με άμεση ανταπόκριση βραδιάτικα. Γι αυτό το ένα αστέρι! Όσο για τα υπόλοιπα αστέρια... χάθηκαν γιατί τα πήρε άλλη εταιρεία! Ήρθαν, μας άφησαν με πλημμυρισμένο τον χώρο λέγοντας ότι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι με την αποχέτευση (ούτε κάμερα δεν έβαλαν απ ότι μου είπαν οι δικοί μου..) γιατι έχει σπάσει ο σωλήνας. Φέραμε υδραυλικό όπως μας συμβούλεψαν, που μας είπε ότι δεν ισχύουν αυτά που μας έλεγαν, φέραμε ένα άλλο συνεργείο απο Ηλιούπολη μες στην μαύρη νύχτα και σε πέντε λεπτά όχι μόνο το ξεβούλωσε, αλλά μας βοήθησε και να καθαρίσουμε.. Δεν δικαιολογούνται τόσες καλές κριτικες..! Θέλω να πιστεύω ότι ήταν τυχαίο. My parents called them and they came with a direct response at night. For this one star! Ζήτησαν και πήραν 60 ευρώ για απόφραξη σιφονιού (6 λεπτά με το ρολόι) και είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να περάσουν κάποια άλλη στιγμή για να κάνουν καλή απόφραξη...... Ρωτήστε τιμή και τι ακριβώς θα κάνουν πριν ξεκινήσουν και τσεκάρετε τον τιμοκατάλογο If I could put a score below zero I would put it. Over-pricing for work they did not do. They asked and got 60 euros for a siphon blockage (6 minutes with the clock) and said that they would have to go through another time to make a good blockage ...... Ask for a price and what exactly they will do before they start and check the price list
