★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εταιρεία χρέωσε την πολυκατοικία μας για απόφραξη κεντρικού αγωγού ( μέσω του γραφείου διαχείρισης πολυκατοικιών ) το εξωφρενικό ποσόν των 180,00 ευρώ, όταν για την ίδια ακριβώς εργασία σε προηγούμενη απόφραξη είχαμε πληρώσει το ποσόν των
60,00 ευρώ!!!
Πολύ δυνατά τα επιχειρήματα της εταιρείας!! Η ακριβής εργασία ήταν, να αφαιρέσουν από το κεντρικό φρεάτιο του κτιρίου με ένα σιδερένιο γάντζο ποσότητα μωρομάντηλων, τα οποία πετούν κάποιοι ένοικοι στις τουαλέτες και στην συνέχεια να καθαρίσουν με το πιεστικό. Την ίδια ακριβώς εργασία που είχε κάνει και ο προηγούμενος. Άλλωστε το κτίριο δεν παρουσιάζει χρόνια αποχετευτικά προβλήματα γιατί είναι 6 ετών!!
The company charged our apartment building for blocking a main pipeline (through the apartment building management office) the outrageous amount of 180.00 euros, when for the exact same work in a previous blockage we had paid the amount of
60.00 euros !!!
The company's arguments are very strong !! The exact task was to remove from the main shaft of the building with an iron hook a quantity of baby wipes, which are thrown by some tenants in the toilets and then cleaned with the pressure cleaner. The exact same job that the previous one had done. Besides, the building does not present chronic sewerage problems because it is 6 years old !!
