★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read some of the earlier reports about the food being tasteless and small portions we totally disagree we ordered a simple salad of tomatoes onion and cucumber accompanied by two very large tuna steaks all the staff where very friendly and helpful good views over the beach and shoreline the menu was varied mainly Greek well worth a visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for souvlaki, patatoes were freshly cut, pita without oil on grill (nice), chicken was good, did not like much pork. Positive experience maybe a bit expensive (no more expensive than other similar options)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three dishes ordered and one salad. All of them bad. Salty food, overcooked grilled chicken, stiffed tomatoes were 'swimming' in the oil. Staff friendly but could not compensate for the bad food.I would not recommend this tavern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was tasty and the portions were ok. The service was good and the view was great. I am a bit confused with the prices, as the 1st day we paid more compared with the next day. We took similar dishes and when we asked, they told us 'there was probably a mistake'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Foinikounta for an afternoon walk and decided to grab a bite. After we saw probably all the options we had to eat in Foinikounta this small shop drew our attention. Believe me when I say this I have eaten in a lot of places in Greece and especially gyro this little shop of miracles has one of the cleanest most delicious and balanced gyro I have eaten. After the gyro we enjoyed an (machine) ice cream for the same shop! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food.. The best Salad in Greece we went here 3 times. Twice for lunch and once for dinner. The stuffed tomato & peppers were awesome too as where the souvlaki sticks. Very reasonably priced.. right on the beachfront..what more could you ask for!!
