Η δίφυλλη ντουλάπα είναι τρομερή, κατανοητές οδηγίες εύκολη συναρμολογηση και σούπερ τιμή.

Αγόρασα μια καρέκλα για το γραφείο μου από την παραπάνω εταιρία , μπορώ να πω ότι για τα λεφτά της είναι τίμια καρέκλα πολύ καλή και αναπαυτική και με εξυπηρέτησαν και με το παραπάνω!!! Σας ευχαριστώ πολυ!!

Αγορασα μία καρεκλα γραφείου και χρειάστηκα βοήθεια και ειλικρινα το παιδί σκιστηκε να με βοηθήσει στην συναρμολογηση! Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !

Αγόρασα ένα κρεβάτι για το υπνοδωμάτιο. Πολύ καλής ποιότητας υλικά, εύκολο στήσιμο, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση.

Αγόρασα εξωτερική δίφυλλη μεταλλική ντουλάπα (89€) και είναι ότι πιο πρόχειρο κακοσχεδιασμένο και δυσλειτουργικό έχω αγοράσει. Απο την συσκευασία έλειπαν κομμάτια (ακόμα δεν έχω κατορθώσει να τα βρω) οι οδηγίες συναρμολόγησης ήταν ελλειπης, οι τρύπες που έχει δεν ταιριάζουν με τις βίδες που έχει (κακοτεχνία) Κρίμα γιατί θελουμε να στηρίζουμε ελληνικές εταιρεία αλλά σίγουρα όχι με τέτοια ποιότητα!!!

Αγόρασα μια κοντή δίφυλλη μεταλλική ντουλάπα και έχω μείνει απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Απλό στήσιμο καλή ποιότητα και η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη.

Αγόρασα 4 μεταλλικές ντουλάπες και μια καρέκλα γραφείου της εταιρείας Apricot Home και έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Οι οδηγίες πολύ κατανοητές και τα προϊόντα εύκολα στην συναρμολόγηση τους. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση.

Greek companies, trying to cope with an eight-year-long recession have been cutting corners every way they can. Still, rarely does a product come with so many shortcomings and a company with such lack of attention to basic matters, never mind details, as this one. To elaborate a little. I ordered a two-door metal balcony storage from them in April 16 through Praktiker (Model No Myst-1701). They either ignored or lost the order (which had been paid in full when ordered) and had to be chased up by Praktiker employees after prompting from me) and did not fulfill it until May 9th. That was a sign of their professionalism. On the company website where the "English" version delivers fluent Greek the company says: "Συνεργάζεται με τις μεγαλύτερες αλυσίδες καταστημάτων λιανικής πώλησης που υπάρχουν στην Ελλάδα και που όλες εμπιστεύονται τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες Apricot." which basically translates into "We work with some of the largest retail chains in Greece which trust our products and services." They also claim to "μέρος της φιλοσοφίας της εταιρείας είναι να παρέχει και τo μετά την πώληση service προκειμένου να είναι όλοι οι καταναλωτές απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι για την αγορά τους." - have as their philosophy to provide after sale service to ensure that all consumers are satisfied with their service. Obviously they are so willing and eager to make good on that promise which is a reflection of the deep level of trust consumers have in their products that they provide Z-E-R-O means of contacting them on their website. No contact form, no phone number and no email. Putting together the unit itself became an exercise in frustration. There are two reasons for this. A. The incredibly poor quality of the instructions that came with it (see attached shot) and B. The fact that the panel that is designed to be the top of the unit comes with placement holes on only one side of it (!!!) which necessitated for me to drill into the metal and attach the other sides so that it can be fixed properly. When something becomes this frustrating it is no accident. It reveals a total lack of pride in the work one does and the products they sell and a complete lack of professionalism. At a time when the Greek economy is struggling and companies vie to gain market share it is crucial that the ones that actually rise to the top are those who are professional, customer-orientated and capable of doing more than just taking your money for a product that is sub-standard and which will make you mark the wholesale supplier so that you never, ever buy their products again (a first for me!). Bottom line, check who supplies the home furniture and related products you buy in retail outlets. If it's Apricothome avoid at all costs.
