★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεχτοι. Είχαμε θέμα με της καρέκλες και δεν μας της αλλάζουν ενώ δεν της έχουμε ούτε δυο εβδομάδες.
Terrible business. We had an issue with the chairs and even after only a couple days they wouldn’t help or fix the issue. This is why people go to Ikea or Leroy Merlin where the is a return policy and warranty. Will never go there again.
Unacceptable. We had an issue with her chairs and they do not change her while we do not have her even for two weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε 15 Καρέκλες σκηνοθέτη για το μαγαζί και βγήκανε πάρα πολύ καλές. Ο κ. Αντρέας ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός, για τα υπόλοιπα όλα ήταν όπως τα είχαμε συμφωνήσει.
We got 15 Director Chairs for the store and they turned out very good. Mr. Andreas was very helpful, for the rest everything was as we had agreed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις 9 Μαϊου έχουμε παραγγείλει 4 καρέκλες γαμβέτα, έχοντας τονίσει ότι τις θέλουμε μέχρι τις 22 Μαϊου λόγω του ότι προορίζονται για οικία εκτός Αθηνών!! Ο κύριος μας ενημέρωσε ότι σε 10 μέρες θα είναι έτοιμες!! Στις 20 Μαϊου παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο, καθώς δεν είχαμε λάβει καμία ενημέρωση!! Ο κύριος μας ενημερώνει ότι οι 4 καρέκλες δεν είναι ακόμη έτοιμες και ότι θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας από βδομάδα!! Ο μήνας έχει 15 Ιουνίου και ακόμη μας παίρνει τηλέφωνο!! Ευτυχώς τις παραγγείλαμε από αλλού και ησυχάσαμε!!! Επιεικώς απαράδεκτη και μη επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά!!
Since May 9, we have ordered 4 gambet chairs, having stressed that we want them until May 22 because they are intended for a home outside Athens !! The gentleman informed us that in 10 days they will be ready !! On May 20 we get a phone call, as we had not received any information !! The owner informs us that the 4 chairs are not ready yet and that he will contact us in a week !! The month is June 15 and he still calls us !! Fortunately we ordered them from elsewhere and we calmed down !!! Forgiving unacceptable and unprofessional behavior !!
