★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ad inizio giugno 2022. Spiros ci ha consegnato un meraviglioso studios già dal mattino.
Splendida vista, cucina completa con olio locale (che si può anche comprare) e bibite gratuite nel frigo. Camera pulitissima così come le stoviglie. Letto comodo, condizionatore e giardino con orto e limoni. Posto tranquillo e strategico. Prezzo onestissimo. Abbiamo colazionato e cenato piacevolmente sul terrazzino. Ombrelloni a disposizione (probabilmente lasciati da precedenti clienti).
Non c'è la piscina ma chi la vuole con le bellissime spiagge di cefalonia?
Attenzione: abbiamo bevuto due macchiati lunghi al bar Boho poco distante: 7 €! Se ci fai la colazione spendi quanto una cena! Prezzi fuori di testa.
Attenzione 2: il traghetto che da Pessada va su Zante NON effettua corse al giovedì (cosa che non è scritta da nessuna parte, l'abbiamo scoperto sulla nostra pelle).
 We stayed 3 nights in early June 2022. Spiros delivered us a wonderful studios already in the morning.
Great view, full kitchen with local oil (which you can also buy) and free soft drinks in the fridge. The room was spotless as were the dishes. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and garden with vegetable garden and lemons. Quiet and strategic place. Very honest price. We had a pleasant breakfast and dinner on the terrace. Umbrellas available (probably left by previous customers).
There is no swimming pool but who wants it with the beautiful beaches of Kefalonia?
Attention: we drank two long macchiato at the nearby Boho bar: € 7! If you make breakfast you spend as much as a dinner! Crazy prices.
Warning 2: the ferry that goes from Pessada to Zakynthos does NOT run on Thursdays (which is not written anywhere, we discovered it on our skin).

Everything on the cornen; linke beach, supermarket and restaurants!! (With car)
The owners are extremly freindly and helpfull.. gives you vegtables and fruits from the garden..
i will come back again for sure!!

Big and beautiful yard around house with parking. Great location for exploring Kefalonia and have relaxing and wonderful holiday. The owner is very friendly and kind, best host experience in Greece ? Host 10/10
