Przede wszystkim kontakt z Marią. Świetna osoba, która była ze mną w kontakcie przez cały pobyt. Codziennie rano wysyłała mi wiadomość pytając, czy wszystko w porządku i informowała o miejscach godnych obejrzenia w okolicy, było to naprawdę super, ponieważ w tydzień nie jest się w stanie zwiedzić całej wyspy, to takie rekomendacje osoby na co dzień mieszkającej na Krecie naprawdę się przydały. Poza tym sama willa przerosła moje oczekiwania, na żywo wygląda jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Wyjazd udał się znakomicie, a willa i sama osoba Marii spowodowały, że razem ze znajomymi zapamiętamy ten wyjazd na długo.

Over the villas in an open plan, a large panoramic terrace featuring open-air dining area, BBQ area, umbrellas, sun loungers and a large swimming pool with children section. Ideal for big families or group of friends

My review probably will be long and really bad, it's not about how villa looks like, but about management and poor customer service. I reserved that Villa in March 2020 for October for my big day, Wedding. Me and my partner live in UK, our parents live in Lithuania, from the middle of August Lithuania closed for a lot of the countries, for a long time we thinking what we should to do,in the end we decided move our wedding to the May 2021, we contact a villa explain situation and ask to move dates to the May, we will accept to pay more for the villa. Manager really unpleasant and rude men, said that he don't care and he not gonna move a dates. Before pay money we asked him because of Pandemic or if we for some reason will need to move a dates for next year are it will be possible, he said yes of course. Then we pay full amount for that Villa in 15th August 2020 and after that he chanced his mind, he perfectly know that if he will say no then we will be cancel our reservation. After that situation we was angry, but still can understand and him, so we decided just go on holiday this year and choose better Villa for our wedding. My partner working in hospital for NHS, his everyday working with a Covid people. On 12.10.2020 all hospital staff had a COVID test, and test was positive, that mean that we should stay at home 14 days, and can not travel till 26.10, but our Villa is booked for 19.10. My partner contact booking.com and Villa's manage straight away, ask them cancel or move dates to next year, because this year it's not really possible travel without an issue. Management contact us and said that cancellation or dates moving it's not possible and if we not arrive at 19.10 then they will keep money for themselves and gonna start looking for a new tenant. Of course it's up to you or choose that Villa, but I not recommended at all. In Crete you can found much better Villas, with better prices, better view and better service. Please not make my mistakes and never ever pay full amount of money if for cancellation Hotel or Villa taking full payment.

Everything was great. The villa looked even better than in the photos. The assistant deserves an additional plus, she offered us various local attractions every day, there were no problems with communication. I recommend staying in this villa.

Very lovely villa with much space for outdoor games, car parking etc.. Beautiful located between the olive trees, just only 1 mile from the sandy beach. We (2 Families 10 persons) enjoyed it very much and will be happy to come again. Great view to the sea even from terrace and from pool and from bedrooms. The complete house and property around are very clean and additional cleaning during the week was performed. The pool was perfectly heated even in pre-season (spring). The welcome by the host Maria was very warm and helpful and she supported us perfectly throughout our whole stay, also giving suggestions for some trips on the island.
