Και δεν κατάφεραν να καθαρίσουν έναν λεκέ όπου τον καθάρισα μόνος μου τελικά.
They ruined a carpet of great value and handmade from Iran.
And they did not manage to clean a stain where I finally cleaned it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ακούσει καλά λόγια αλλά διαψεύστηκα. Χάλασαν χειροποίητο πανάκριβο χαλί και δεν είχαν καν την ευγένεια να μας το στείλουν διορθωμένο ή έστω να μας ενημερώσουν για τη ζημιά!
I had heard good words but I was denied. They ruined a very expensive handmade rug and did not even have the courtesy to send it to us corrected or even to inform us about the damage!

Υπεύθυνοι επαγγελματίες, δεν τους αλλάζουμε με τίποτα!
For at least 25 years we have been trusting our carpets to ararat carpets, my mother started with her handmade carpets and I of course in my own house now.
