Very good setup, very good technicians, I found the problem with the device while I had only gone the board, well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα πάει την πλακέτα από τον αυτόματο πιλότο του σκάφους σε 3 εργαστήρια που διαφημίζονταν ότι είναι πρώτοι στην Ελλάδα και σχεδόν μου την καταστρέψανε. Την πήγα στην Bescon και την κάνανε καλύτερη και από καινούρια. Παιδιά μόνο εκεί με κλειστά μάτια.
I had taken the board from the boat's pilot to 3 labs that advertised being the first in Greece and almost destroyed it. I took her to Bescon and made her better and newer. Children only there with their eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ πήγα έναν Soft Starter της ABB στο οποίο επισκεύασαν την πλακέτα του στα 350€. Δεν άναβε το λαμπάκι power ούτε και η οθόνη του.
Σε δυο μέρες από την παραλαβή με ειδοποιήσανε για το κόστος επισκευής της πλακέτας το οποίο ήταν στα 350 € και στις επόμενες 3 μέρες το επισκευάσανε.
Αν τους ζητήσεις τα προβληματικά στοιχεία που αντικατέστησαν δεν στα δίνουνε ούτε σου λένε πιο ήταν το πρόβλημα της συσκευής (πχ ελαττωματικό τροφοδοτικό κτλ).
Πριν από εκεί το είχα πάει στην ABB για να μου πουν το κόστος αλλαγής πλακέτας. Συγκρίνοντας τις δυο τιμές ίσος τελικά να ήταν περισσότερο προτιμητέα η αλλαγή πλακέτας απο την ABB παρά η επισκευή της μιας και η διαφορά στην τιμή είναι μικρή.
Επομένως, πριν πάτε την συσκευή σας για επισκευή, ρωτήστε πρώτα για κόστος καινούργιας πλακέτας και μετά αποφασίζετε τι από τα δυο να επιλέξετε.
I went to an ABB Soft Starter where they repaired its board at € 350. The power light and its screen did not turn on either.
In two days from the receipt I was notified about the cost of repairing the board which was € 350 and in the next 3 days they repaired it.
If you ask them the problematic information they replaced, they do not give it to you or tell you what the problem of the device was (eg defective power supply, etc.).
Before that I had taken it to ABB to tell me the cost of changing the board. Comparing the two prices, in the end it would have been more preferable to change the board from ABB than to repair it, since the difference in price is small.
Therefore, before you go to your device for repair, first ask about the cost of a new board and then decide which of the two to choose.
