Cleaning room service is at the level of a 5 stars hotel. Good breakfast (taste and quantity). Unbelievable rooftop (serving the breakfast on it would be a nice improvement). Highly recommended hotel from Christophe, an enthousiastic customer of Paris. Special thanks to Sofia from the rooftop and Tassos from the night reception.

En-suite shower room very small but quite functional. Good breakfast. The best thing about the hotel is the proximity of the Old Town with more cafes than you can ever need.

The rooms are a little dated, but personally I loved it and it fits with the whole town. Only marked down one star for the breakfast - it was okay, but on day 3 we decided to mix it up and eat breakfast elsewhere. Having said that… it was gorgeous, good service and I would stay here again!

Our room looked onto the Liston area and a drop off point for taxis and cars, yet we heard nothing once the patio doors were closed. The restaurant/breakfast room looks recently refurbished, while our room and bathroom were clean but dated. We had a comfortable stay.

The room was large and updated with great Wi-Fi a big bed, large clean bathroom, modern wall mounted TV with many channels, even a couple in English. Our window overlooked a cute little alley with the cross of the old fortress in view. I complimentary breakfast was delicious.Many choices.

The reception staff, catering, cleaning and all the backroom staff, I have found to be courteous, friendly and helpful.The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. I have stayed several times at the Arkadion without any issues. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is delightful. All this has been enhanced this year as the hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment and renovation, which includes a new chic restaurant. I have already booked again for this year, and I expect to make further bookings in the future.
