Η πρόσβαση γίνεται μέσω χωματόδρομου είτε απο την πλευρά των Αλυκών είτε απο την πλευρά του Αγίου Στεφάνου. Ταμπέλες υπάρχουν μόνο χαμηλά πάνω στον δρόμο και όχι κοντά στην αρχαία πόλη η οποία βρίσκεται κοντά στην κορυφή του λόφου έχοντας πλάτη την θάλασσα . Δύο βασικά πράγματα μπορείς να κάνεις. Το πρώτο είναι να σκαρφαλώσεις μέχρι την κορυφή απολαμβάνοντας την εκπληκτική θέα προς τον Παγασητικό και το Πήλιο. Ο δρόμος για την κορυφή περνάει μέσα απο τα αρχαία τείχη και τις τοιχοποιίες των παλιών οικημάτων. Το δεύτερο είναι να επισκευτείς τον αρχαίο ναό του Απόλλωνα ο οποίος βρίσκεται απο την απέναντι πλευρά του χωματόδρομου στην αντίθετη κατεύθυνση απο την θάλασσα. The ruins of ancient Amfane are an enjoyable walk. Access is via a dirt road either from the side of Alykes or from the side of Agios Stefanos. Signs exist only low on the road and not near the ancient city which is located near the top of the hill facing the sea. There are two basic things you can do. The first is to climb to the top enjoying the stunning views of the Pagasitikos and Pelion. The road to the top passes through the ancient walls and masonry of the old houses. The second is to visit the ancient temple of Apollo which is located on the opposite side of the dirt road in the opposite direction from the sea.
