Θα πρέπει να το τιμήσουν με τις επισκέψεις τους περισσότερα σχολεία από όλη την Αθήνα, σε συνδυασμό με τον Θολωτό Τάφο. Incredibly interesting place. It is worth visiting. They should honor it with their visits to more schools from all over Athens, in combination with the Vaulted Tomb.

Small but informative collection of archaeological finds of the wider area of Acharnes. It is worth paying a visit to her.

Η έκθεση είναι αρκετά καλή και συνοδεύεται απο πινακίδες για την ιστορία του μέρους. Το μουσείο μπορεί να είναι μικρό σε σύγκριση με άλλα μουσεία της Ελλάδας, αλλά είναι αρκετά μεγάλο για έναν τόσο μικρό δήμο. Δεν υπάρχει εισητήριο. Το προσωπικό ηταν αρκετά ευγενικό. Να το επισκεφτείτε αν περνάτε από εκεί. Μια στάση σίγουρα αξίζει και ο θωλοτός μυκηναΐκος τάφος λίγο παρακάτω. Δυστυχώς το αρχαίο θέατρο της περιοχής έχει ξανά θαυτεί για λόγους προστασίας και δεν είναι επισκέψημο. The museum may be small compared to other museums in Greece, but it is large enough for such a small municipality. There is no ticket. The staff was pretty polite. Visit it if you are near it. A stop is definitely worth the time also at the Mycenaean tomb just below. Unfortunately, the ancient theater of the area has been redeemed for protection reasons and is not visitable. A small archaeological museum with a room with findings from the Neolithic to Early Byzantine years. It has some beautiful ceramics. The exhibition is pretty good and comes with signs for the history of the place. The museum may be small compared to other museums in Greece, but it is large enough for such a small municipality. There is no ticket. The staff were very kind. Visit it if you pass by. One stop is definitely worth the burgeoning Mycenaean tomb just below. Εντυπωσιάστηκα από το πόσα πολλά ευρήματα ήρθαν στο φως τα τελευταία χρόνια με τα τεχνικά έργα στην ευρύτερη περιοχή (σιδηροδρομικοί σταθμοί, ανασκαφές λ. Κύμης, Ολυμπιακό χωριό), αλλά και από οικόπεδα ιδιωτών. Δεν υπάρχει αντίτιμο εισόδου. Ένα μικρό δείγμα από το κομμάτι του κυκλαδικού ειδωλίου που είναι και το παλαιότερο έως και τα βυζαντινά νομίσματα: Remarkable collection from a very ancient area with continuous habitation. I was impressed by how many findings have come to light in recent years with the technical works in the wider area (railway stations, excavations on Kymi Avenue, Olympic Village), but also from private plots.
