★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get the multiple park ticket, go here first to purchase it, no lines and centrally located so it's easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The site has lots of sign boards explaining the history of the site. The museum is well documented. Quite kid friendly. My 3 year old grandson enjoyed exploring the grounds and had lots of opportunities to run around and climb. We visited in winter and practically had the place to ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the calm atmosphere of the cemetery. Lots of beautiful grave stones. Free for European people under 25 years old ! Do not miss it if you visit Athens for a few days :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great archeological site. There were plenty of signage showing the map and explanations of the area. The adult entrance ticket was 4€.
We went during spring time and the whole site was green with some wild flowers starting to bloom. It would look quite different in the summer I assume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though a small museum it has some excellent pieces and is worth the time to visit. Some of the burial pottery and grave goods are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and good place to visit, interesting area with awesome monuments documenting burial procedure from every decade.
The museum is also very interesting. And when you are lucky, you might see a turtle.
