En plus on vous empêche de prendre une photo de la seule vitrine intéressante. Aucune effort muséographique... A tiny museum that only offers a few display cases and a statue. The price is however 4euro (against 3euro for the magnificent museum of Patras). In addition, you are prevented from taking a photo of the only interesting window. No museographic effort ...
M	Miss Antriana Hv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε το Αίγιο πρωτη φορά και φυσικά δεν θα μπορουσαμε να μην παμε στο μουσείο του. Το μουσείο είναι στεγασμενο σε έναν χώρο ο οποίος ήταν παλιά η κεντρική αγορά του Αιγίου,βλέποντας το κτήριο βλέπεις ποσο όμορφο και προσεγμενο είναι. Οι καφέ πορτες που χωρίζονται με κολόνες παλιά στεγαζαν και από ένα μαγαζακι που αποτελούσε την αγορά τότε. Παρ όλο που έκαναν εργασίες γιατί φτιάχνουν τον χώρο με τα αγαλματα είχαμε μια πολυ ωραια ξενάγηση από τον κυριο που βρισκόταν εκεί. Μας εξηγούσε τα αντικείμενα με πολύ ωραίο τρόπο.Συμφωνησαμε ότι ήταν η πιο ωραία ξενάγηση σε μουσείο. Σας ευχαριστουμε πολυ! Θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά σε 1-2 χρόνια που θα έχουν τελειώσει οι εργασίες. Αν βρίσκεστε κοντά να πατε . Αν είστε φοιτητής η είσοδος είναι δωρεάν, αν όχι τότε το κόστος είναι μόλις 2€. We visited Aigio for the first time and of course we could not miss going to its museum. The museum is housed in an area that was once the central market of Aegio, looking at the building you see how beautiful and neat it is. The brown doors separated by columns used to house a shop that was the market then. Although they did some work because they make the space with the statues, we had a very nice tour from the gentleman who was there. He explained the objects to us in a very nice way. We agreed that it was the most beautiful tour of a museum. Thank you very much! We will visit it again in 1-2 years when the work will be finished. If you are close to going. If you are a student the entrance is free, if not then the cost is only 2 €.
n	nik trik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκτός ότι το προσωπικό είναι λίγο κάπως , δεν έχει και τίποτα ιδιαίτερο σε εκθέματα το συγκεκριμένο μουσείο για τα χρήματα που ζητάει. Ο μόνος λόγος που μπορώ να προτείνω να πάει κάποιος είναι για να ενισχύσει τη δυνατότητα να εκθέτονται τα αρχαία μας από το να τα καταχωνιαζουν σε αποθήκες ... Apart from the fact that the staff is a bit, the specific museum has nothing special in the exhibits for the money it asks for. The only reason I can suggest someone to go is to enhance the ability to expose our ancients by storing them in warehouses ...

The museum features archeological finds from 6000BC through to ancient Roman Times from the local area. There was an archeological professor at the museum who kindly gave us a personal tour around the museum which made the experience all the more informative and interesting.
A	Alkis p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small archaeological museum. Decent for the small town of Aigio. Mostly mycenaec pottery (some very nice) and some gold jewellery and a few nice statues. Housed in very nice historical building it's an ok visit if you are near it no photos allowed :( 4€ ticket
