★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι χτισμένη στην κυριολεξία στην πλάγια ενός βράχου εκεί που βρέθηκε η εικόνα της Παναγίας. Πρόκειται για πολύ παλιά εκκλησία. Μέσα υπάρχει η θαυματουργή εικόνα, καθώς και μια κρήνη με αγιασμό. Έχει έναν χαριτωμένο κηπάκο με θέα στο λιμάνι του Αιγίου. Από φέτος και για 3 χρόνια η εκκλησία θα παραμείνει κλειστή λόγω ανακαίνισης. Η εικόνα θα βρίσκεται στον Μητροπολιτικό Ναό του Αιγίου.
 It is literally built on the side of a rock where the image of the Virgin Mary was found. This is a very old church. Inside there is the miraculous image, as well as a fountain with sanctification. It has a cute garden overlooking the port of Aigio. From this year and for 3 years the church will remain closed due to renovations. The icon will be in the Aigio Cathedral.

The icon of Panagia Vrefokratousa is incredible as well as that of Agios Georgios which is depicted on foot and not on horseback. No matter how many years pass, we will visit the holy temple of Panagia for pilgrimage.

Η εικόνα της Παναγίας έχει μεταφερθεί στον μητροπολιτικό ναό στο Αίγιο.
Private location but for the time being access is not allowed internally due to renovation.

Wonderful church a must when you can see up close! Wonderful gardens and views! The immersion you will feel inside the temple is unique.
