★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting place. The museum nearby is full of ancient artefacts. The entrance to the archeological site and the museum is 6€ and it is really worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really hard to find, we have done about three circles around it before we managed to turn in the correct enter. I also think there is nothing interesting here unless you are an antique freak, enter costs 6€ and I think there is no need to go there especially if you want to visit Akropol. Also I suppose you can see similar things somewhere else even for free. You can as well, see everything from in front of the entrace, and walk around it in some kind of a park (which is free). There are also some information there in some points but sadly its all in greek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another beautiful ancient site with habitation lost in time. The spring at the base of the temple and the wide stone bridge with ancient wheel marks, the big stone amphorae are highlights. If you visit at the end of summer and want a shade and a snack, head over to the northwest side of the site where fig trees produce the most tasty fruits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruins of an Artemis temple visible after about a 5 minute walk from the associated museum car park. Note that Google road directions to this site are incorrect as they will lead you to a locked gate. The archaeological site can only be accessed from the Temple of Artemis car park & after purchasing a 6€ ticket which covers both museum and outdoor site.
Leave at least 90 minutes if interested in Greek history as although small, the museum has a reasonable wealth of artefacts and written info although in Greek & English only. Not sure why the museum prefers the term inhumation to burial though.....
30 minutes is probably adequate time to visit the Brauron archaeological site, although there are shaded sitting areas if you want a short rest & toilets are available. The staff here were enthusiastic and interesting to talk to. If you have mobility issues, it is possible for a small car to get down this narrow road and park just outside the manned gates.
