Nicely restored roman amphitheater. Fenced off and it closes at 1500.

The road is way too bad for way too long. The site is a small place of ancient theater, but they charge you!! For something that you can walk in 3 minutes! Horrible experience, do NOT recommend!

A very well preserved and restored ancient theater, one of the few in Greece in this condition, that is used as originally intended up to these days. All parts of an ancient Greek theater are there and it's a great history and architecture lesson. Another plus of the area is the view, which is magnificent. All in all, the theater and the view are well worth the 20-minutes gravel road driving.

The customer service was great... The view is astonishing, everything you will see there will take you back to many centuries

A beautiful place to visit around the year and in the middle of nature, with rich history and archeological significance. An advice for visitors is to be prepared for the weather conditions, you know the usual staff, sunscreen, water and hat in the summer. There are three tickets of admittance, the regular, the reduced and the free. Having the exact amount would be a good idea. Please feel free to ask the site keepers any questions you may have and respect the visiting hours and the monument itself. Drone flights are not allowed and commercial photography and cinematography must have written authorisation from the ephorate of antiquities of Lesvos.

Superb temple. Be careful, the doors close rather early in the afternoon, at 3pm

Ancient Greek theater and city that was partly built on older structures. Difficult to access since the road is mostly a dirt road that needs repair. The theater itself is very impressive and the ticket is cheap. Also on several other archeological sites digging and restoration is taking place right now nearby the theater. Really needs better road thought since access on the site is prerequisite for anything else.
