Best Greek restaurant in Greece

L	Lindsey Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, service was friendly. However, they do a sneaky thing that is common in Italy but not often seen in Greece. They put bread down on the table that you didn’t ask for, then charge you for it at the end of the meal even if you don’t touch it. Probably most people visiting can’t read Greek, so they don’t notice it on their receipts. Look for a the word "ΨΩΜΙ" on your receipt: four letters, first one looks like a trident. It’s only one euro, but if they do that to every table that adds up. It’s a dishonest practice that spoils an otherwise nice time. So, enjoy the meal, but tell them you don’t want bread before they put it on the table! If you find the word on your receipt and you didn’t eat the bread, speak up and they will remove it from the bill.

The food was phenomenal, the prices were great, and the area was BEAUTIFUL! Great backdrop for your instragram food pics! We got the feta-stuffed sausage, fried calamari, and a traditional seafood dish with orzo, clams, prawn, and mussels. All of it was delicious and I definitely recommend it!

As mentioned by others, you can't escape the bread on your bill and dont order house wine bu the glass as it costs only 1 euro less than a 0.5 litre carafe:( Grilled mushrooms, fried calamaris and a glass of red wine = 18.50 euros
