Big rooms, close to the town center.

Clean, modern, comfy and well designed rooms. The staff went over and above, so friendly and kind. The breakfast was also treat!

Avoid if possible! We walked into the hotel lobby to check in and the smell was foul. We hoped that our room would smell better. When we were brought up to our room, the smell was still there but we opened the windows hoping it would go away. After an hour, the smell seemed to get worse. Additionally, the wifi would cut out every five minutes so it was nearly impossible to use a phone or computer especially since we had no international cellular plan. We decided to go downstairs to complain and get a new room or a refund because the smell was unbearable. The lady at the front desk told us the smell was from the sewage truck that comes to empty the septic tank and that whenever this happens the smell seems to linger for a couple days. We were shocked to learn the smell was literally leftover sewage. We tried to cancel our reservation and get a refund but they wouldn’t give us back our 30% security deposit even though we obviously never would’ve booked a room if we knew it was going to smell like sewage and the wifi wouldn’t work. We cancelled anyways and ate the cost. Do not stay here. The management obviously doesn’t care about good hospitality and the rooms themselves are weird. Your stay might also coincide with the sewage truck like ours did. We found a higher quality place down the street for much cheaper and we are honestly happy it didn’t work out.

I made a small error in the booking (noted 3 guests per room instead of 2 when I booked). Instead of correcting it when we were clearly only 2, they took advantage of the error and wouldn’t refund the full surcharge for the 3rd person who was clearly not there. Also, very basic amenities for the cost, no pool or bar, and breakfast was nothing special, just basics from the supermarket.

This has been my favorite hotel room design aesthetic during my entire 2 week visit to Milos and Santorini. Everything is modern and designed with comfort and practicality in mind. My room had a little terrace that was perfect for an afternoon coffee and a read. The bathroom had everything someone away from home needs, from a wash cloth to a handheld vanity mirror and all the complimentary toiletries only provided by 5 star hotels these days. Breakfast had enough variety to keep one fueled up until the next meal. There is even a bakery / supermarket next door if you run out of the complimentary snacks and beverages provided. The ladies at reception, especially Ana, were always helpful.

This hotel is falsely advertised, both visual and in the written description. It is not in the location as listed on Booking.com It sits in a dusty back street car park with no grounds and the there are no hotel facilities. The Google map location is the true location. From the listing description and photos it appear the property is a lovely collection of resort style suites with a surrounding grounds consisting of a sun terrace, garden, bar, hot tub, and lounge areas that guests can utilise. None of these actually exist. The hotel facilities as listed don’t exist: there is no sun terrace, no lounge, no garden, no bar, or hot tub/jacuzzi. We were told by the receptionist that the planter boxes at the front entrance is the garden for our enjoyment. The hotel has been photographed in a way that is misleading and not true to the actual property facilities. Additionally The room had no hot water, no cover on the duvet, one pillow, no mini bar and no fruit, and no garden or city views as listed. The hotel management were completely uninterested in our concerns and unwilling to facilitate an early checkout. They blamed the inaccuracies on Booking.com stating that it was Booking.com that has actually written the description. Of course this is not the case and Booking.com confirmed that the hotel was responsible for providing the information and the accuracy of the listing. Total disappointment. Do yourself a favour stay elsewhere.

First night here has been lovely. The receptionist, Maria, is so kind and helpful. The room is GORGEOUS, the patio is HUGE and enjoying the private jacuzzi on a cold night is perfect. Yes, the location isn’t the most picturesque but I knew that because I looked at Google maps ahead of time (come on people who are complaining, use your resources).
