★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a trip from Sofia (Bulgaria) to Thessaloniki, the driver was very irresponsible, he could leaves passengers in a fuel station. Moreover, he was very disrespectuful, everytime we ask him some question, he respond violently. He shout at me at a border controle, because i couldn't find my PLF, as if it was going to help me. Buy for your driver some sedatives, i think it could help him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seats are not comfortable and price ticket is slightly higher than other bus companies.
The best thing, is that the schedule allows to rest during the trip being the most convenient overnight bus from Thessaloniki to Sofia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bus scheduled. Which we needed to take to get to our flight in Sofia. But they simply cancelled the bus seemingly because there weren't enough passengers.. we missed our flight!! Unreliable and unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus driver i have ever seen. Very rude, irresponsible with an attitude beyond measures.
I just wanted to ask a question and his reply was: "don' t come near me, i am with the virus and i will sneeze in your face!!!! "

The people in Sofia office are very rude
The bus almost always stinks and it's full of rubbish from the previous passengers.
You can't have a seat in the front row. Because they don't sell them. Even if you feel dizzy you are not allowed to go sit there. Used to be tha same from back row.
The drivers usually open the window and smoke while driving.
With same price of ticket you can take Union Ivkoni or Tourist service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ticket in the Thessaloniki offices to Sofia. The lady there was nice and directed me to the point where did the bus depart from and printed my ticket.
The bus driver was great, I had my documents in order but being the only foreigner in the bus he guided me through customs and everything went smoothly with the immigration officers even if I can't speak Bulgarian or Greek.
Punctuality was good too, we left at 8:00 AM and arrived at 13:00 PM as stated in the ticket.
