j	john morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a split personality sadly if you get the old rooms there not a 4star standard there not fit for purpose outdated with broken locks showers and horrid features! Also noisy if you are above the bar restaurant But if you go to the new rooms it’s s world apart lovely decor clean quite real shame they don’t bring the whole hotel up to standard The ladies who work there are fabulous and try 120% But I’m still sorry the rating needs to change be honest on what the customer is going to get ?
D	Daniel Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay for 7 nights. Very nice hotel. staff very good and friendly, good facilities. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choose. We staying the the "older block" which was good. Some pictures online show a ultra modern appartments the majority are the style below. So be careful of that. But as can see below the rooms were perfectly fine. Hotel is on a step hill from the beech area it's about a 8 minuet walk. Pleople with mobility issues could have an issue. Getting up and down. There is a mini mart very close to the hotel. Over all very nice hotel fantastic location and Kafolinia in amazing.

Always happy laughing and making everyone’s stay a delight. Rooms always clean and spotless both new AND old rooms. Yes rooms are a world apart. But at least you have a bit more privacy in the old rooms( bathroom). Would stay again james, Julie, Fred, & pat
T	Timothy Okeefe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, great breakfast and Great views. Recommend the new rooms if possible as you get an amazing ocean view. Cons: free wifi was little bit slow & sometimes youd lose hot water for showers at peak times.
R	Reeny clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice and as described sea view from the balcony nice bed mini fridge freezer tv n glass slower which i feel was made for couple. The breakfast was basic eggs cerial toast cheses hams etc. They did make traditional meals if you wanted lunch but its super pricey compared to walking down to the beach. Think the taxi guy hickrd the prices up on us to go to the castle which has an amzing resturant at the bottom If you asked for something staff were happy to help. needed to ask for cleaning to be done n refills of essentials tea toilet paper fresh towels... little things like that. Location is amazing if you want to be close to the beach but the hills are mad steep definitely toned my legs going up n down. You should explore the coastline n find the hidden beach spots. All the resturants on the beach are lovely but there are no watersports or local attractions you have to take taxi everywhere if you dont go during peak seasons when the buses run which is expensive. Some tourist agencies collect you from the hotel check trip advisor. If you stay here defo rent a car for a few days.
C	Claire Yardley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel and we love it. Block B is the newer block and the rooms are fantastic. The location can be problematic for some as it is on a very steep hill, but we find it worth it. Recently the prices for alcohol have increased at the hotel which is a let down as everyone else are far cheaper, but we still love it here.

The hotel is really well finished and rooms are pristine. This is a small hotel so if you’re looking for somewhere to really relax and chill out this is the place to go. We visited in May and we liked it so much, we will go back again in October.
O	Ola Bean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant place for everyone who likes chilling in a quiet and rural areas. It's very close to the beach and has beautiful views from balconies. It's being run by nice people as well. Felt a very warm welcome from the beginning of my stay. Fully recommended ?
