E	Eleni Fa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχως δεν μειναμε ικανοποιημενοι. Εμπιστευτηκαμε το παραπανω ταξιδιωτικο γραφειο της περιοχης μας για τις διακοπες μας. Βγαλαμε τα εισητηρια στα οποια ελειπαν τα στοιχεια για την πυλη. Στον φακελο που μας παρέδωσαν τα εισητηρια αναγραφονταν καποια τηλεφωνα. Μολις καλεσαμε στα τηλεφωνα αυτα για να μας πουν τι θα πρεπει να κανουμε , το σηκωσαν και μονο που δεν μας εβρισαν γιατι ειχαμε καλεσει στο σπιτι τους, οπως μας ειπαν. ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ ΜΗΔΕΝ. Δεν θα τους ξαναπροτιμησουμε ειναι το μονο σίγουρο. Unfortunately we were not satisfied. We trusted our local travel agency for our vacations. We took out the tickets that lacked the gate details. Ότι πιο άσχετο και ανεύθυνο έχουμε συναντήσει. Το ένα αστεράκι δεν τους αξίζει, αλλά δεν υπάρχει λιγότερο.Ευτυχως γλυτώσαμε από μεγαλύτερο ταξίδι που είχαμε σκεφτεί να κάνουμε. Σίγουρα σύντομα θα ξανά ταξιδέψουμε μαζί σας I chose the agency twice for one day. Once in the summer in Eretria and recently in Spetses. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Go on like this. Το πρακτορείο ήξερε τι όφειλε να προσέξει. Η συμπεριφορά δε στο τέλος του ταξιδιού τόσο του οδηγού όσο και της συνοδού κρίνεται επιεικως αντιεπαγγελματικη. Εύχομαι να είναι πιο ευγενείς και συνεργασιμοι..... Λυπάμαι που μπαίνω στην διαδικασία αντιπαράθεσης μαζί σας, αλλά για λόγους ηθικής τάξης το οφείλω στον εαυτό μου και στην παρέα μου. Καμία παρατήρηση ή σύσταση δεν δέχθηκα από την συνοδηγό για την μάσκα για τον απλούστατο λόγο ότι η ίδια δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε να κάνει την υπενθύμιση στους επιβαίνοντες παρά μόνο μετά από σύσταση που της κάναμε. Στην συνέχεια το μόνο που έκανε ήταν να λέει δια μικροφώνου "" και μην ξεχνάτε να φοράτε την μάσκα σας" χωρίς ποτέ να κάνει προσωπική παρατήρηση στο μισό περίπου πούλμαν που δεν την φόρεσε ποτέ! Όσο για την απαίτηση μου να με αποβιβάσει στο συγκεκριμένο σημείο που ήθελα, έχω να πω το εξής. Μέχρι να φτάσουμε στην στάση αποβίβασης "Άγιος Αντώνης" έγιναν τέσσερις στάσεις αποβίβασης. Ρώτησα την συνοδηγό αν το λεωφορείο κατευθυνόμενο προς Ομόνοια, αν περάσει από την Λένορμαν. Στην θετική απάντηση ρώτησα αν μπορεί να μας αποβιβάσει επί της Λένορμαν χωρίς καμία παράκαμψη και αλλαγή πορείας. Τόσο η απάντηση της όσο και του οδηγού ήταν κάθετα αρνητικές και ιδιαίτερα απότομες και αντιεπαγγελματικες. Ούτε ιδιαίτερη απαίτηση είχα ούτε την διάθεση να ταλαιπωρήσω και να ταλαιπωρήσω τον οδηγό.
