Κάναμε κράτηση ακτοπλοϊκών 1,5 μήνα πριν την αναχώρηση και δεν την ανανέωσαν με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να ταξιδέψουμε, χωρις καμία ενημέρωση , ενω μας διαβεβαίωσαν πως θα μας τηλεφωνησουν σε περιπτωση που υπαρξει καποιο προβλημα για να κανουμε αμεσα την εκδοση των εισιτηρίων. Οι κοπέλες απαράδεκτες, ειρωνικές χωρίς καμία διάθεση ανάληψης ευθυνών!!!! Αντιεπαγγελματισμός , ειρωνεία., καμια διαθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν!!!!! Στο τέλος μας είπαν ότι κακώς μας έκαναν κράτηση εξ αρχής εννοώντας ότι δεν θα έπρεπε να μας δεχτούν για πελάτες!!!!! Away!!! We booked ferries 1.5 months before departure and they did not renew it so we could not travel without any information, while they assured us that they would call us in case there is a problem to issue the tickets immediately. The girls are unacceptable, ironic without any willingness to take responsibility !!!! Unprofessionalism, irony., No disposition to serve !!!!! In the end we were told that they booked us wrong from the beginning meaning that they should not accept us as customers !!!!!

Ενώ έχω κάνει κρατήσει και πάω να πάρω τα εισιτήρια μου, κατά ένα περίεργο λόγο το σύστημα τους είχε ακυρώσει την κράτηση και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα άλλων εισητηρίων. Το αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορέσω να ταξιδέψω την συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία που ήθελα και να χάσω χρήματα από την κρατήσει που είχα κάνει στο δωμάτιο που θα διέμενα. Μακριά. * Οι υπάλληλοι αγενείς.
