★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are returning visitors to Aria's house during the last 3 years. We are extremely satisfied with the hospitality. The owners are very polite and the house is located near the center of Marmaras. Fantastic value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb! The building is on the hill,with a superb view at the town and the harbour. All the rooms have sea view. Ask ,if is posibble room with acces at the terase. The view is amazing as well in the morning or evening.
The rooms are big enough,very clean and Sofia is the best host ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fairly good hotel that is owned by good friends of mine. The rooms are small although they are very clean. The hotel is near a beach and you can rent boats near the hotel. They don't offer breakfast or dinner but there are some very nice restoration on walking distance from the hotel. Over all a very good hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant stay at Aria's house. The room was always clean, fresh towels every two days and sheets every four. The house and our room is nicely decorated and there are beautiful plants around the balcony. The kitchen could use some more utensils, but, all in all - very good value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The view from the big balcony was magnificent! We didn’t want to go out. :) The room was very clean, furnished with a sense of style and the staff was very friendly. The town is beautiful and well organized. We loved it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The view was amazing! The balcony was very big, compensating for the small room. Beds were comfy. The water bottles self service is great! Very friendly and nice owner, he made also great recommendations for restaurants :). Negative: The room is a bit small but fully functional. I missed a bowl for cereals in the kitchenette facilities. No mosquito nets - instead a mosquitoe repellent for the socket is provided, which is not always effective..
