Terrible, terrible, terrible, stuff doesn't speak English, small room, with old furniture, wifi is poor, free parking..if you find free place, cleaning room every 2-3 days etc etc.. terrible terrible terrible

Really nice little hotel very friendly. Welcoming. A Little tricky to find though ample parking.. A great stay.

First of all! Google address is incorrect, the hotel is not there!!!! It is further up! Second of all: We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and it would have costed 300EUR for 4 nights, when we got there, they made us wait till 5pm and didnt let us in the room unless we pay 360EUR for the 2nd child. IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR 4 PEOPLE! When we came back later on the evening, they only had 3 beds/3 beddings and 3 towels in the room. And that is how they left us for 4 nights!!!!! They dont speak english and they were very rude. The room was very tiny and dirty. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Rooms: The room had an old feeling to it, quite smal but ok, Fridge was loud and there shouldve been more power coords. Rating 2/5 Personal: They were kind but kind of unmotivated, basic stuff as switching out bath towels was done in One of the two ocasions it was needed. 2/5 Price: 200 € for 3 people in three nights was a good Price given its placement near the centre, but in the end, you got what you paid for. 3/5 Final vote : 2/5

A no-frills budget hotel. The best feature is its location, right in the middle of wonderful Neos Marmaras. You can't expect much from such low-key accomodation for such a rate, however everything was acceptable, staff and owners extremely friendly. Perfect for a frugal traveller.

I don't get why the low star reviews and I'll elaborate why I believe it's a nice, value for money place. The rooms are cozy and nice with everything provided as per photos and listing on booking.com. They were well cleaned and looked after, and the room for non smokers we asked for, was provided. For the price of course, don't expect a 5* hotel room, let's be reasonable. 1* The stuff was kind, courteous and happy to help and ask if we needed anything, provided us with free bottles of water even though they didn't have to, and on top of that, offered information about the town. 1* The location is great, only a couple minute walk from the centre without noise from the street, lots of shops, friendly people, restaurants, food and great night life, so that you don't have to drive to the other side of the 2nd leg for your needs. 1* All amenities provided as per listing although we didn't get to try the breakfast therefore I won't elaborate on that. Plenty of towels and extra sheets. 1* Minus 1* due to the fact that it's nothing more than what you pay for and although there is no noise from the street, at times there is some noise coming from people staying at the hotel, not respecting others at times of rest.
