Ευχαριστουμε παρα πολυ την Τανια Μπατζιου, γιατι επαιξε καταλυτικο ρολο στην αποφαση μας να προχωρησουμε στην συνεργασια με την επισης αξιολογη ιδιοκτητρια του σπιτιου... Ηταν συνεπης στο ραντεβου μας... Μας τηλεφωνησε δυο ωρες νωριτερα για να επιβεβαιωσουμε το ραντεβου...και μας εξυπηρετησε στην αλλαγη της ωρας!! Νοίκιασα με ένα σπίτι στη ραιδεστο τον Οκτώβριο του 2020 και φύγαμε τον Μάρτιο του 2021.Το σπίτι παρουσίασε υγρασία η οποία δεν μπορούσε να αποκατασταθεί και αυτό ας το βεβαίωσε και ο πολιτικός μηχανικός τον οποίο καλέσαμε. Η μεσιτρια ήταν ενήμερη για την κατάσταση μετά από δικό μου τηλεφώνημα.και φωτογραφίες που της έστειλα. Παρόλα αυτά το σπίτι νοικιάζεται και πάλι μετά από μισό μήνα χωρίς σαφώς να έχει γίνει η δουλειά που πρέπει. Τέλος μιλάει στο site για ενεργειακή κλάση της οποίας το πιστοποιητικό εκδίδεται μόνον όταν το κτίσμα ενοικιάζεται σαν σπίτι και όχι σαν αποθήκη. Τα συγκεκριμένα λόγω του ότι ειναι υπόγεια δεν μπορούν να νοικιαστουν σαν σπίτια άρα λένε ψέματα. Τέλος λέει έτος κατασκευής 2020 επίσης ψέμα, γιατί έχει κατασκευαστεί πριν7 και... χρόνια. Όταν το είπα στην μεσιτρια η οποία διαχειρίζεται το συγκεκριμένο ακινητο οτι το έτος κατασκευής δεν είναι αυτό που αναγράφεται στο site μου είπε ότι είναι τα στοιχεία που της προακομισε ο ιδιοκτήτης. Και τώρα που είναι ενήμερη, στην αγγελία αναγράφεται πάλι το ίδιο. (επίσης ζητάνε ένα ολόκληρο ενοίκιο δηθεν λόγω καινούργιας εγκυκλίου, κάτι που δεν ισχύει και μου το είπε μεσίτης ) ΤΑ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΆΣΜΑΤΑ ΔΙΚΆ ΣΑΣ!!! I'm very sorry that there are as many professionals as you. I rented a house in Redesto in October 2020 and we left in March 2021. The house was damp and could not be repaired and this was confirmed by the civil engineer we called. The realtor was aware of the situation after my own phone call and photos I sent her. However, the house is rented again after half a month without clearly having the job done. Finally, he talks on the site about an energy class whose certificate is issued only when the building is rented as a house and not as a warehouse. The specifics because they are underground can not be rented as houses so they are lying. Finally he says year of construction 2020 is also a lie, because it was built 7 and ... years ago. When I told the real estate agent who manages this property that the year of construction is not what is listed on the site, she told me that it is the information provided to her by the owner. And now that she is aware, the ad says the same thing again. (they are also asking for a whole rent ostensibly due to a new circular, something that is not valid and a broker told me) YOUR CONCLUSIONS YOURS !!!
