I first met DIAMANTI, as a utility manager for a number of years, for the building where I live. Our cooperation has always been impeccable, the staff friendly, helpful and efficient, when they had to provide solutions to management issues that concerned both me personally and the other tenants of our apartment building.
For this reason, when I needed a real estate service, I went to that office again. And in this area I am absolutely happy with our cooperation. I think that Mrs. Eleni Boutsikou deserves a special mention, who with her knowledge, but mainly with her ethos, behavior and kindness of character, was decisive for the smooth outcome of our case, a time consuming and difficult case. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω τι να πρωτογράψω. Ψάχναμε σπίτι από το 2019. Οι περισσότεροι μεσίτες (ακόμα και από μεγάλα μεσιτικά) απλά φέρουν τα κλειδιά των ακινήτων. Στο συγκεκριμένο μεσιτικό (μας εξυπηρέτησε η Ελένη) βρήκαμε επιτέλους αυτό που δυστυχώς λείπει από τον ευρύτερο κλάδο. Επαγγελματισμό μαζί με φιλική και ειλικρινή αντιμετώπιση από το πρώτο μέχρι το τελευταίο βήμα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα στους εν δυνάμει πωλητές και αγοραστές το συγκεκριμένο γραφείο!
I do not know what to write first. We have been looking for a home since 2019. Most realtors (even from large real estate agents) simply carry the keys to the property. In this particular real estate (Eleni served us) we finally found what is unfortunately missing from the wider industry. Professionalism along with friendly and honest treatment from the first to the last step. I highly recommend this office to potential sellers and buyers!
