They worked diligently to get me a room for the week when my reservation at another hotel had been cancelled. Rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast is included and has a good selection of items. My only complaint is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Negative points: rooms could be more isolated for the noise, and wifi was really bad (disconnecting here and there) We took one night as we wanted to go to Meteora the day after and this hotel was one of the best choices. Recommended

I have no clue how in the world this is a 3* hotel, I would give it half a star no more. The only upside is the staff, they were friendly and cleaned the rooms (as much as possible) every day. But I still don't see me going there ever again or recommending the hotel to anyone.
r	rozita zarghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got BEDBUGS in this terrible place!!Dark ,small tiny room.Very old,smelling other's smokes and noises in our room early morning.Almost no staff other than housekeeping lady,receptionists one person every shift whose were not caring about the guests.Far from airport,4 metro stations to the center.Just close to train station.Not recommended at all.

Old building with very small and dark rooms ,limited place which just one person can move inside and the second has to stay at the corner ,just enough space for one baggage.The window is facing to the wall of the building !! Small bed was not real double size which was mentioned on our booking ,with an uncomfortable mattress . Non adjustable air conditioning which would work on same direction. Almost no staff !One peson as receptionist who even won’t pay attention to the guests while they are dealing with the main enterres door with their log gages ! My wife got BEDBUGS in this place ,we had to go through medical treatments and expenses over her discomfort !! We could smell others smoke and noises early morning even with the closed door ! The location is just in front of the train gare and 5 minutes walk to metro station ,passing four station to city center ,(30 minutes walk )however it was mentioned near city center . We found any convient or positive point in this place and we regret trusting on this site even for our short 2nights stay .
D	Divyang Jain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked stay for 7 days in oct 2021 , but unfortunately couldn't get visa and had to cancel booking in 2 days of booking, despite having 28 more days for full refund, even till date after multiple attempts to email and call hotel for refund, I have not managed to get a positive response. Customer service team is pathetic and has huge scope to improve. Wish I had not made full payment
